painkiller is surprisingly fun. it has an excellent movement system and i really like the level layout. do yourself a favor and turn off battle music, seriously. makes the game much more atmospheric, which yes the level music has a lot of thought put into it which battle music plain ruins.

You can't win here. You either get beaten up by a tiny man, and are mocked for being beaten up by a tiny man, or you beat up the tiny man, which is as much a victory as kicking a 5 year old child in the face, and you get shamed by the community for it.
I'm the same, but the bathroom would have to be separate. I stayed in a hostel in Japan with just enough space for a bed and TV and used a communal bathroom, and it was perfect.
Playing it again, I feel that despite the initial disappointment and lackluster plot(and no fucking ending), MGSV is really good.

my biggest problem was the grindy nature of motherbase made it so i cared more about efficient soldier mining than anything else and kind of started to make it more of a chore than just completely owning the russians.
See at this most basic level it must seem pretty cool to be communist: you're allin it together as one big fucking team on the same level, an iron fist against your foes and everyone doing their bit.

All problems in recent TWs can be blamed on Warscape engine which they started using with I think Empire. It made a lot of technical sense for powder-and-shot era combat, but melee is where its flaws glared.

ive noticed though if you record the actual video at a lower bitrate before converting to webm, the file will be smaller while more consistent and better looking so thats probably it. like for this, 2500 kbps downscaling from 1920x1080 to this might look alright

It's not technically BAD. The graphics are nice and the shooting is okay.
It's just shallow as fuck, and it's using the Battlefront IP but with a quarter of the content of the previous games. Not to mention it's 120 dollars for the game + season pass

Thing is, I can tell the developers poured a lot of love in the game. Everything feels really "Star Wars-y". It's just that they focused so much on how it looks and feels that they skimmed on actual content. I would have bought the game otherwise.

Success depends almost solely on luck, if you spawn closest to the best pickups you win, regardless of how skilled you are. Here comes Boba Fett to land an 18 kill streak and shoot to the top of the leaderboard because the player came across the pickup first. Here comes the Falcon to land a 12+ kill streak because he found the pickup first. It's fucking bullshit.
The Tactical Aid on WiC is pure porn. Sometimes I play Assault solo against bots doing artillery vs a full team of infantry just to farm points and try to hold on the enemies advance solely with TA & Artillery batteries, you get some really amazing fireworks.

The graphics are literally the only selling point. They had nothing else to go on because the game had to be casual, so everything went to graphics and marketing.
I mean that it works, and gun shooting isn't terrible. It's exactly what they wanted, a game that casuals can play for ten minutes at a time.
If you actually play the game for a couple of hours you start to see all the shit.
You can even tell they didn't finish all the graphics.

Man, I went to a /cgl/ meetup and the worst that happened was some of the wings they brought were too spicy and a drunk guy tried to get a girl I just met to fuck me.
I'm a napalm guy myself, since Infantry tends to also spawn LAV's I combo Napalm with Nerve Gas on spawn points, by the time their vehicles get to the command points, their health is so low, fortifications can take them out.

I can't even begin to tell you how dumb you are. If you're making a 24 second long video in 720, of course there's gonna be some artifacting you blithering retard. Look at every other decent webm in this thread. They're all either large and short, or small and long (if they're meeting close to the 3.0mb mark). Don't blame the technology because you're a shithead. Anything over 15 seconds you need to make 540 or lower to look halfway decent.

Now that I get a closer look at it, I don't think that's actually jizz. Firstly, it's way too white and thick looking, even for cum. Second, two little puddles? You don't shoot out globs of jizz, it comes out in streams. I think that guy was just fucking with them. That looks more like cream or something.
That's not really a fair comparison because dayz isn't really a game in its own more than it is arma 2.5 with zombies added in. Its more similar to a more tactical version of stalker or metro.
Nah if you play it in slomo you can see that the first thrust either barely contacts or doesn't at all. The second one does go through him, but that's just a clipping issue. The spear actually goes through him as the other wabbit is moving his spear into position to do the thrust which is also just a clipping issue
Overall, that game's damage system is pretty damn impressive. Exanima is another game with a neat damage system

I played a good amount of it, just going through the woods collecting things to mix up and find the cure. Never, not even once did I run into the creature that it was hyping up so much. I think I even went out at night once too.
Pretty fun survival game though.
Kitty only appears after Day 3 I think, and the chance it appears increases the more main ingredients you pick up.
Even then, it doesn't appear that often, especially if you only go out of camps for short times. I think I only encountered it 10 times at most in my playthrough.
I didn't mind though, because I don't think the game hyped up the creature at all. I didn't even know about it until it appeared the first time, and I think that's even better, getting surprised like that.

Depends on the server, naturally. Using Bad Company 2 or TF2 as an example, the characters swear a bunch on their own due to them being M-rated games, and yet PG/13 and Christian servers exist where swearing is not allowed.
But eh, who cares? Racism is tons of fun when playing RO2 and it seems most servers don't really care.
