Depends, the vita tv is dirt cheap but the vita has the portability factor. How do games look stretched out on the tv?
>>
>>323304396
Could list some pro's of the Vita anon?

I'm a poorfag so the PSTV looks more appealing

Vita, simply because not all vita games work well on pstv, and im pretty sure you can buy some cables to play your vita on the tv.
>>
>>323304528
>Pros of vita
You can play all the games
>Cons of Playstation tv
You cant play all the games
>>
>>323304528
If money is an issue better to go with the TV, because you'll still need to buy a memory card afterwards. Just remember that you won't be able to play a couple of extremely early games like Wipeout 2048 since they never got patched for compatibility.

I just really want to play pic related.
Don't really know what other the Vita has to offer.
>>
Not OP, but my first Sony console is the PS4. The TV is appealing because it has some older console games as well. How does this change your suggestions?
>>
>>323305354

If you want to play P4G and a few others than you may as well get a PSTV for like $30

Get Danganronpa and Danganronpa 2, well worth the purchase and they work with PSTV.
>>
>>323305354
It has plenty of other obscure but nice games, but since you're unsure go TV since you don't spend much money so there's less of a chance of you regretting it.

Isn't Danganronpa the game filled with the despair meme? xDDD
>>
With PS Vita you can play few of the best games PS Vita has like Tearaway, Gravity Rush or LittleBigPlanet PS Vita

With Playstation TV you can't play any of those plus not portability

I think Vita games are best played in a normal Vita since they were meant for it, but you wont get to use the wireless features since almost no one goes outside with a Vita
>>
>vita
+ plays all 7 vita games there are
+ take anywhere
- over 100
>TV
+ dirt cheap
+/- plays most of the games worth playing but not all of them
- not portable
>>

>plays all 7 vita games there are
lol
>>
>>323304292
None of the games that cannot be played on the tv are worth playing, so get the tv.

>muh gravity rush
It's a crappy unfinished tech demo with horrible combat and wii-tier motion controls
>>
>>323306573
Wipeout 2048
>>
>>323306573
That and a better version and sequel is coming to ps4 so why fucking bother.
>>
>>323306047
Yep
>>
>>323309048
Well, I spoiled that game for myself then.
>>
why the fuck are vita memory cards so expensive
>>
I own a PS TV and it looks fine. I'm very happy with my purchase and would never consider getting a vita.
>>
>>323309654
Because no one else makes them. Welcome to the wonderful world of overpriced proprietary hardware.
>>
3ds beats both
>>
>>323304292
TV because it's cheaper.
>>
>>323309780
Same. I missed the PS3 so it gives me the ability to play a lot of the older playstation games
>>
>>323306762
I hate how "don't buy this $10 game for the console you already own (or is the cheaper console in this case) because there's a $30 version for the $300-$400 console you don't own" qualifies as a reason now.
>>
VLR is a bit of a pain to play on the TV with a DS3. Is it worth getting a DS4 just for the TV?
>>
>>323312107
At being ugly.

Do we really need to do this console war shit in every thread?

So...what are you guys playing right now? I'm currently in chapter 4 of Cold Steel.
>>
>>323304292
Vita, it isn't close. PSTV is a meme console.
>>
>>323314180
What's the size of your memory card?
>>
>>323304292

If you want a comfy handheld you can play in bed, Vita.

If you want something to hook up to your monitor for like 30 bux, Vita TV not bad desu senpai
>>
If you hate small screens the TV is fine, though I just like how portable and comfy the vita itself is.
