GTA III - New York
GTA: VC - Florida
GTA: SA - California
GTA IV - New York
GTA V - California
GTA VI - ???
Ignoring all the spinoff titles, which all took place in Liberty City or Vice City, it only makes sense for the next title to be back in Florida. Why? Because nostalgia is a bitch and announcing a new GTA that takes place in VC would get the hype training moving.
/v/ has discussed the possibility of a new city, but is there anything to suggest that VI will not take place in Vice City?
Some guy in another thread with an alleged source posted this:
>80s Vice City/Habana (rockstars shitty parody name for Havana)
>2 protagonist. 1 being a 30 something year old Cuban smuggler the other being a young dirty undercover cop from VC
>Heavy focus on Chinatown wars like drug dealing with expanded mechanics that has you smuggling drugs from Havana to VC using boats/planes/ and those submarine like vehicles from V
>drugs have their own physical properties and weight and aren't just icons or numbers on a screen. Example: high speed chase with the cops and your trunk pops open with cocaine flying everywhere with packages busting open. Example 2: buying bigger properties is actually important to stash more drugs
>Everglades and windboats are in
>Something called the "smugglers view" which is basically a menu where you can control your foot soldiers as you build your empire (same with dirty cop that climbs the ranks in the vcpd as you progress)
Even if it isn't legit it's probably not that far from reality. In fact I'd be disappointed if it was.
GTA: VIce City. Rockstar must use this as title.
literally reddit: the aesthetic
seems like you are too familiar with reddit's tastes
I want an 80s Vice City game where you play as two buddy cops, with the obvious inspiration being Lethal Weapon.
Don't know how they'd justify being allowed to fuck with civilians however.
Sounds like that Scarface game that was surprisingly good.
here we go again
retards that dont know shit about gta or follow any of the news from rockstar
1. They already said they weren't gonna do 80's themes
2. They already said they were gonna stick with modern times
its gonna be Las Vegas
its not gonna be 80's. Some retard or maybe its more than 1 keep spamming the board with omg guys GTA6, 6 is VI, VI>?? VIce City? Get it?? because VI its gonna be VIce city XDD
i dont know if its the same person or multiple people spam this shit but its not gonna happen
Also people keep forgetting how modern day rockstar is. All they care about is online and shark cards. Nobody is gonna fucking buy goddamn fucking sharkcards for some shitty 80's vehicle.
GTA6 will have golden bugatti's again and if you still dont fail to believe this you should seriously kill yourself.
Rockstar are jews. They only want shark card money and the best way to get that is to make it an online experience in a world full of luxery and expensive cars and appartments.
It will be Las Venturas if in the USA or it will be Dubai if outside USA.
It's the only option that fits within their new company model.
it wont be London, too boring, no guns, no nice luxery life. At least not a shining luxery life.
We have Mexico, San Francisco, Florida, and Colorado all rolled into one with our own flair
You ever been to london? You want another GTA like GTAIV where it's just one big depressing city? Not that GTAIV was bad but I do prefer GTAV's map by far. Also London barely has white people left.
I don't necessarily disagree with you on the 80s point but
>London has no guns
>Dubai is your pick for an outside the US setting
Shit brah where do you get this shit
Pittsburgh could be a good choice just from a story and gameplay standpoint
>state officials still corrupt as shit
>just got rid of governor Eddie "Fast Eddie" Rendel who literally use to skim off the top and no one cared
>Pittsburgh city police chief was investigated and fired for corruption a few years ago
>italian, german, irish, hispanic, and asian mobs still very prevalent
>glorious forest and mountain landscape
it's going to be carcer city you dumb fucks.
real life is boring. the getaway took place in london and managed to not be boring so the setting is definitely doable.
rockstar will never take gta out of their pseudo american setting though they already confirmed that.
>1. They already said they weren't gonna do 80's themes 2. They already said they were gonna stick with modern times
Source: Your ass
We had niggers in SA so why not try sand niggers? London wouldn't keep it's name because since III they're keep rolling with it to avoid licensing issues and what not (I would assume it also helps with suspension of disbelief), so they might as well add some forests and shit to it and make it more like V but without a desert of course.
Why the fuck does it have to be 80s Vice City. Why can't it be Modern Vice City. They still have potential to add the drug trade with the Caribbean and add the everglades. Las Vegas would be a terrible choice. its a boring looking town surrounded by more boring dessert. and its fucking landlocked.
>it wont be London, too boring, no guns, no nice luxery life. At least not a shining luxery life.
Screencap this post: it's gonna be mid-90s Boston, centered around the collapse of the Irish Mob. Sounds like the most unlikely setting but I know Boston police officers who have been regularly meeting with R* for research purposes. This is legit and you'll know for sure pretty soon.
Compared to any big American city, London is kind of boring as fuck. Same goes for Paris or Barcelona. If anything, Amsterdam is the most suitable city for a GTA game but I doubt they would make a game around Amsterdam. European cities look nice and all but I doubt they are suitable for GTA games.
It's not a pattern, but a reaction to trends. IV was made to at least partly ape the first half of 2000s New York Trend. You know, Sopranos, Sex in the City, 9/11, whatever. V was 2004-2009 California trend. OC, rise of reality tv, whatever.
Are they dated jokes? Extremely. But since a GTA game takes +4 years to make, and writing is part of pre-production, they're always going to be. I have no clue where next GTA is going to take place, but its going to have a fake Jaden Smith and Kim Kardashian jokes.
Wow I live right next to Boston and never really thought of a gta Boston. Early to mid 90s there was essentially a race war between blacks and Irish. The subway system would be really cool if they replicated it well. I haven't watched the departed but Maybe that's what inspired them?
I wouldn't mind TBOGT2 in Vice City, plenty of characters were talking about the club business expanding to VC
I know rockstar makes a point out of not re-using MCs but they could write a new one and make him work for the spic and fag (best duo dynamic since marston and bonnie desu senpai)
honestly most probable scenarios are:
>vice city because VIce city and obviously the missing chapter in the HD universe
>boston like >>323304209 says because it could be the departed inspired since vice city is miami vice
then there's london, because R* North is close and they could do it since they've not been working so close to the series while being the main branch.
If it were to be set in Vice City, do you think best station V-Rock will make a comeback?
This is why I think they'll do a period piece again. IV had post-9/11 NYC, V had post-crash LA, basically the perfect settings for those respective events. They'll be incredibly well-designed time capsules in 20 years.
I can't see a similar avenue for them to take with a sequel because nothing particularly era-defining has happened since 2013. Maybe I'm missing something though.
>skyline of liberty city
*crowd gets all excited*
>Claude walks into bar meeting with Mafia capo
>"Listen Mute, we have a special assignment we need you to complete"
>Scene Claude taking off in airplane
> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUNt8E8EWrA starts playing
>Pan view of Tokyo
>Claude participating in street races
>shootouts in Japanese alley ways
>scenes in bamboo forests of japan
no? I replayed the game last month and he doesn't, Maria calls him Fido but no one refers to him as a mute. I believe catalina says he doesn't talk in SA but not in the way that he cant, just that he wont
Both of those places are the cultural hotspots of each side the country dude you cannot compare LA and NYC to Miami sorry. Play Driver 3 if you really want a vidya game with Open World Miami.
>It will be Las Venturas if in the USA or it will be Dubai if outside USA.
>or it will be Dubai if outside USA.
The fact you even consider something outside the US shows how fucking retarded you are and how little you know about the shit you talk about.
People are just cooler in NYC. It's just an east coast thing. Like you have so many lame asses in Boston or LA, they really have just a shit culture and history. NYC has and always will be culturally the best city in the USA.
Liberty City again. And guess what, that's what it's gonna be. Been saying that for months. I can already taste the disappointment and /v/'s "JUST FUCKING BUY IT" Dan Houser memes.
What? New York isn't as culturally relevant anymore and we already had Liberty City barely 1 one main game before, in HD universe. I thought you're gonna speak sense, but this is just straight up bullshit.
Said it before and I'll say it again:
>Texas / mexico border with over the top trump wall building parody
>border patrol agent (ex con) and some cartel beaner
>vice city/ Columbia (or whatever gay name they make up, columbianna)
>old dirty cop who just doesn't care anymore, probably an alcoholic
>cartel beaner again but hates it and wants out, only in it to try and escape to america. The more "moral" character of the story but has the most brutal missions early on (obvs Columbian necktie qte)
>at least first half of game is separate islands swapping back and forth guys every few missions, characters don't know each other til late game
>later on when the two have begun working together a female dea agent is introduced and you play as her
>for one or two missions then she dies brutally just for the outrage
>drug selling is huge part of game on both sides for easy money (cop can sell evidence he takes off people dead or alive, yes you can pull people over in your squad car) cartel guy has the real smuggling missions early on but then cop gets involved and does the more cloak and dagger shit
I'm surprised we haven't had a GTA: Hawaii by now.
Is it just me or does pretty much every city idea sound good? R* has so much fucking opportunity with GTA man it's crazy. I wish they'd cancel the inevitable RDR sequel and whatever else is on their plate, GTA is too damn good for a 6 year cycle.
It might happen but i doubt it. NYC isn't culturally relevant anymore. I liked Liberty City better than Los Santos so i wouldn't mind. I hope its set in a modern day Vice City Though. a bay area California would be cool too.
No, you do. You're 15 years old and probably buy $50 shark cards with your mom's money weekly. You're the prime example of why VI probably WILL take place in modern day Vegas with luxurious cars and apartments. Fuck you. If I could choke you to death with no consequences I would.
Im 22 and dont even know what a shark card is. And no they aren't gonna do Vegas its landlocked so no boats. And you couldn't choke anyone to death you pale sickly autist fuck off.
Why do you think that? because i dont want to play another 80s miami GTA? You do realize if you have a modern setting you can still listen to your shitty 80s music and have your 80s cars you just won't be restricted to them.
GTA IV: The Keys
You play as a wealthy Baby Boomer living in the Florida Keys that fought in the Korean War who is fed up with retirement and delves into the Cuban underworld using his fat stacks of cash and military training to get ahead.
>dark skinned bean eater =/= dark skinned bean eater BUT LIVES ON AN ISLAND
>dark skinned bean eater LIEVES IN LOS ANGELES =/= dark skinned bean eater BUT LIVES ON AN MIAMI
1st though in my head. DFW area mixed with a part of Austin or Houston.
Could have a pretty diverse group of people from college frats, SXSW hippies, rich oil tycoons, cowboys, ranchers, mexicans, as well as locations like beaches, oil fields, rodeos, mountainous plateaus, suburbs, etc.
Vehicles could include horses, bulls, cows, etc along with the usual.
Wow, so you are saying that after two of three cities that were in the original game had their own games, the next game will be about third remaining city?
WOW! I don't know how we never saw that comming! You should make some youtube channel, mate, you are genius!
1979-1986 South Florida please
Tired of the same modern shit in the last few games and please no more big ugly plastic looking shittermobiles like all of the super cars in V
CW drug dealing mechanics and using car trunks is a must
Yeah, there's so much inspiration there and literally everything you can make fun of too. Mix in how insane politics has currently gotten and GTA set in Texas would be some crazy fun. Plus, it would give exclusive-PC owners the ability to play a modern Red Dead lmao
>Mexicans are white
Any country that is mostly below the 28th parallel, is not majority European descent, and had large amouunts of mixing with natives is not white
They are the same, yes
go play slep dogs
fucking third world and boring
boring city full of third world brown people
>anything but america
stay asshurt /int/cuck
>all these dummies wanting places outside of America
Coming from Houser himself:
>GTA is America.
>GTA is America.
>GTA is America.
>GTA is America.
Feel free to demand they make a new IP to set games in areas outside of America.
all of their modern day humor is done to death
>LOL ITS A MIDDLE FINGER INSTEAD OF A REGULAR MOUSE HAND
>DUDE PARIS HILTON LMAO
it's more fun to have the pop culture remind you of things you forgot about in the past then ham-handedly try to parody the present
Another London 1969 or GTA Australia would be fine by me
Modern europe is fucking awful and people thinking they'll do a game in their obscure irrelevant countries is delusional
>implying Texas is mostly desert
It's plains, rolling hills, desert, mountains, and coastal all rolled up into one state. Most of the people in TX live in the plains/coastal area anyway. Stop being uneducated.
So GTAVI will basically end up being the most hyped game of this decade and everyone will shit on it right ?
i mean many gta fans i know are still mad at gta4 and gta5
the gta3 games just came and went
My problem with Modern Europe is there just isn't enough to draw from. Any jokes or views that could be portrayed in Modern Europe GTA could easily be done so in a GTA game set in America due to the variety of people.
That's not to say I would hate another IP set in past Europe. London prior to the 80s would be really neat, they could revive Bully in that way. So many possibilities at this point, don't know if Rockstar is going to capitalize on it or not though. LA Noire is a good example of going back in time in a tasteful way. That same application in past London would be s w e e t.
You do realize the culture relevancy extends outside of what you're "famous for". New York for example is much more than just "fashion week" - and IV captured those intricacies, from the overload of police, to jews everywhere, to the ghetto areas featuring a variety of immigrants.
>caring about what /v/ thinks of a game you enjoy
you deserve abuse.
A lot of the best music and cars in GTA V were from well before 2010
the shitty plastic cars in V are the worst, you probably drive around in T20s and Armored Kurumas
I wonder if they would do map expansions. Online is their lovechild now, so if they're trying to do that MMO thing I guess it would make sense to expand San Andreas. Actually I believe the map is referred to as southern San Andreas in the game, so they could still drop in Vegas and San Fierro. Kinda like what those fan maps look like, the northern coast is totally useless as it is now anyway
New York is famous for lots of things, Immigrants, the American Dream, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Many other landmarks, 9/11, Subway System, Wall Street, Central Park and much more. Texas just isn't interesting or important enough to warrant a GTA game set there.
Exactly, in GTA V you have options and aren't limited to only older cars. If you want you can listen to 80s music too. Limiting the players to just the 80s era wouldn't make sense.
You aren't limiting things just to the 80's Era, you're also including everything from the decades before.
Another modern game is limited to the same hacky cultural/political commentary the developers have been beating to death for almost an entire decade.
Didn't you play Vice City or San Andreas, that wasn't an issue in any way. Of course I suppose when they were made, those decades were still nostalgic. Now they're just way too far away for the 20 somethings since they were born around the turn of the millennium
Donald Love was Donald Trump
Remember the Love Towers in III and how he was a rich business mogul trying to get into politics while playing the real estate market?
Has to be Vice City / 80s again.
Main char either Cuban or Colombian
This song on the trailer.
projecting your own shit taste I see
Guess this is why GTA: Vice City is regarded much more highly than III, IV, and V.
Only to retards retards that didn't know Trump has been doing this for decades.
I loved Vice City but to most people its not regarded more highly than III, IV, and V. GTA is gonna try to please the biggest demographic which is casual 20 somethings. they dont care what the minority on 4chan wants.
One thing to consider is that they'll definitely want to expand the online portion. They don't want to drop the current one with a new game, instead they'll keep all the current stuff and combine it with the new game. I'm sure one of their ambitions is to have all the cities in one big online game, of course Vice City and Liberty City are so far away that you'd probably need to go there via plane or something, but the GTA V map could get additions. It's already current gen proof too since they ported it to PS4
Are you sure, those games are getting old. Every time I play GTA Online it's full of underage people who probably were born when those games came out. Online prints money for them so the playerbase matters
That would be fuckin awesome. Only issue is aside from fucking around i really don't know what there is to do in multiplayer. Heists i know that much but still even with the races on the side and such there doesn't seem a whole lot still.
I honestly feel like 3 cities was the original plan and they scrapped it cause of hardware limitations. The way the desert's placed is perfect for a gateway into Las Venturas, chiliad's a perfect gateway into Northern San Andreas as well.
No most people like modern music and cars. Just because the fedoras on 4chan want to go back to the 80s theme doesn't mean everyone else does. GTA is about as normie of a game you can get so their target audience is gonna be normies.
Actually I'm not >>323317412 but my point is, the online portion is a huge part of their business strategy now, so they need to consider what kind of people play it because they're a big part of the playerbase. And that would be the underage Zentorno types who can't even remember the 90s
It would just have taken too long to make because of how much detail they pour into the games since IV. Map size isn't a factor, Just Cause 2 is way bigger. Three cities would just have been overkill for them to handle within a sensible time. Even in San Andreas I felt like the two other towns weren't as well designed as Los Santos. Plus then they have something to expand the online with so they can keep people coming back to it
The two most well regarded games were San Andreas and Vice City, both set in the past and both released after a game that's set in modern times.
If it was just nostalgia, III would be more popular.
If you're argument is people weren't alive in the 80's and before so it won't connect, Vice City and San Andreas were set before the games 15-20 year old audience were adolescents.
Both arguments are fucking awful and self cancelling, the "humor" and writing of the modern games has been done to death already.
actually when it comes to the audience who played , its V>SA>IV>VC>III
dont rly know about V tho
i mean a lot of people bought the game twice, hence why it shipped near 60 millions
the gta series fanbase didnt grow much since 3 and SA
> I would say GTA IV is regarded higher than Vice City.
You preferring it does not indicate how the game is widely regarded, Vice City is a known classic that people love largely for its period specific atmosphere
Meanwhile since IV there's been ~4 GTA games beating the same dead horse of modern times social commentary
That's sales, a ton of people re-purchased San Andreas for new platforms which would put it equal with IV and this only shows that San Andreas (the game NOT set in modern times) has more lasting appeal which is contrary to your argument that people want a fifth game in a row to be set yet-again in modern times
That doesn't prove anything to your point that San Andreas were only well regarded for nostalgia.
If anything it shows there's tens of millions of people that are probably worn out of the same modern setting they just played through.
GTA IV got regularly thrashed by a lot of GTA fans for being smaller and not as focused on fun as San Andreas while GTA: Vice City is known as a gaming classic
either way you wanting to listen to shitty drum machine hip-hop and to drive hot wheels cars doesn't mean people don't want another GTA game set in the past
>people wanting GTA: London again
>wanting the series to be even more casual
So when the fanbase of the former most popular GTA game of all time trashes a game it's still more "well regarded" than Vice City which is known by most people in gaming in-general as an all time classic? get over yourself.
The modern setting works well. Adding modern artists to the soundtrack and having new cars will just draw more people in. you can still listen to 80s music and drive 80s cars if you want but you can drive modern cars and listen to whatever the fuck else you want too. the 80s vice city setting was great but it doesn't need to be done again. same with the 90s LA setting. a modern setting is better for more games because you can always be adding new things as more time goes on.
That would fit with that whole heist and money making theme of V, I could see them adding that as an expansion to online with some shitty little single player campaign on the side
Would make sense if they do another Vice City, maybe some tropical islands out in the ocean with some kind of focus on smuggling
Bully 2 doesn't make financial sense in 2016. Games are many orders of magnitude more detailed (and expensive) and Bully just doesn't have the IP strength of GTA.
Shit, even another Red Dead is pushing it. I don't think it's gonna happen given GTA V's 52 MILLION copies sold versus its 14 million.
The problem is the modern setting is done to death writing wise and the best-in-class vehicles are all the same as they were in the previous games.
Again, there's as much history in the past to draw from to create a game from and still pull more as you flesh out that setting.
Also, GTA isn't stuck completely on retelling reality so they can add their own story and plotlines in the past.
Another modern GTA game would be the same content that's already in GTA with a couple of new super-cars and some more political and social commentary that's slightly updated from GTA V.
The V map is asking for something to be added to the east, there's nothing there except that pointless highway that goes nowhere. They could just glue Vegas on there
even in the last games set in California and New York they laid it much harder on Republicans than the lefties that actually live there
they also already did hicks in GTA V with all the expected tropes
I doubt there'll be a sixth game until R* can admit to itself that GTA Online is broken and shit. Even then, I'd prefer it if they overhauled GTAO entirely and added a new map or set of maps instead of creating a dedicated single player campaign again
What other settings could they do though besides the already done 90s LA gang banging scene and the 80s miami thing. going back to the 30s in chicago would be too much in my opinion.
Make another game in 80's Vice City with all the good gameplay and level of detail as GTA V
ignore the fucking retards saying ALL future GTA games should be in the future so they can drive the same cars and listen to the same shitty music in GTA V
Single player with drug dealing and possibly corrupt police gameplay like True Crime NYC
GTA:O 2 with Chinatown Wars drug running
1970s New York was a really interesting time. Also criminal as fuck so it could work. Just get Dan Houser to read this
fuck I wish they distinguished online from the mainline series more. so sick of this intermingling. really couldn't give less of a shit about online and tired of all this pandering. rockstar is turning into valve, and they're just gonna mile online forever with petty updates instead of making anything interesting ever again.
Manhattan is kinda booming again, tons of new construction projects popping up. I think there's like three supertalls going up side by side right now
I don't think it feels that large when you're moving around it, the layout is so simple you can get from one end to another in no time. SA was definitely more cleverly designed
>doesn't want more content
jesus fucking christ
>I'm surprised we haven't had a GTA: Hawaii by now.
I like this idea.
reason to have boats, can fly planes island to island
side with with Dog the Bounty Hunter
doable map size
that's something that would be nice. random roadblocks/contruction sites/accidents, etc. to make the world ffeel more alive.
you could drive by a liquor store and see the remnants of a robbery gone wrong, with investigators out front. things like traffic jams/rush hour. random blizzards, random gang turf wars erupting or riots that are caused by actions you take on certain missions, some sort of more permanent punishment for crimes you commits, like a parole system, similar to RDR. being forced to print license plates in jail, like that lawn mowing minigame in bully. also, deeper mechanics,(better stealth, parkour, etc.)
your argument for making every single GTA game set in the same time period is the music and the most popular stations are Classic-Rock, Classic-Hip Hop, and 80's pop stations
a lot of that already happens in GTA V singleplayer
the roadblocks I was talking about in IV were permanent ones that blocked off the main straight away roads to get you to drive more and slow down
it's pretty useless, yeah..
there's a few missions where you can stealth, and it lets you do instakill knife hits (probably only from behind). That's all I know it's good for
look for clues, the GTA IV social club site had tickets for Niko and Paki to San Andreas
in V Lester mentions a crew from the south that fell apart, hopefully he means Vice City from the past
would be nice to see GTA IV/V universe characters in their past form
where you live is guaranteed worse than florida
>Not based Florida GTA 6
>No Hotline Miama GTA edition
Why even live?
But if its Las Vegas, I hope you can actually ENTER their fucking Casinos and everything is great.
Buy a penthouse there, gamble like a boss, etc...
That would be the dream.
Also, by entire Las Vegas, I'm talking bout a 1:1 scale of Las Vegas... Area 51 can be in a corner.
Las Vegas is way too boring for its own game
it's a string of casinos in the desert
would work as a GTA V expansion
VA is flatout boring
DC and Baltimore are just miserable shitholes
I'd like a GTA game in a real shithole like Baltimore or Detroit. No big rocket launchers and miniguns and helicopters and shit, just shitty beat up cars and drive-bys with TEC-9s and UZIs
i like it
4 explored immigration from the immigrants perspective
6 should explore it from the citizens perspective
vigilante missions where you stop muslims from raping women on the streets
pretty much the same as GTA V
big two-sided Vice City with some smaller regular southern city to the north
some island chains and swamp wild lands for scenery and to expand the gameplay area
would be cool in the late 70's early 80's for drug smuggling
modern Miami is just DJ KAHLID WE DA BESS, YOU SMOT - YOU LOYAL
might as well be nebraska or west virginia
None of those sound interesting to someone living outside the US. All the cities they've used are in some way relevant or iconic. I suppose DC could make the cut for that but that would be pretty risky for them
Are you serious nigga
CTW was the real gta 2 sequel and DMA is Rockstar we all know today
David jones left and made APB or some shit and currently Crackdown3 go play his shit if you dont like the new gta games by the h brothers
>more DUDE REPUBLICANS R EVIL LMAO
no thanks, at least V wasn't too bad with pot humor
there were plenty of trashy people in Florida back when it was relevant
DJ Khalid and Basketball aren't enough to make the game feel different from V
80's Miami was actually interesting, on top of the whole eighties themselves.
Modern Miami is bland and boring, and so have been the past two decades.
It's all sandniggers and people getting offended.
I think it'd be really interesting to explore Carcer City outside of the Manhunt series, which is way too fucking tense and linear for the kind of laid-back exploration that you get in the GTA series.
Would be pretty cool with these running around.
I'd rather have another Manhunt set in an open-world Carcer City with multiplayer manhunt modes where 1 or 2 players have to make it through rounds set in different locations around the city while the other team takes on the roles of each of the different gangs
more like Manhunt 1 though, not 2
Forgot to add:
I know Sleeping Dog exists, but its not exactly what I would want as a GTA type of game.
I'm talking bout Western gangs dealing with the Triads n shit. But to be honest, I don't think Rock Star will fuck up GTA 6's setting.
Songs that need to be in Vice City's remake
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JcmQONgXJM (or Miami, even though I like this one better.)
Modern Miami really isn't that different from the 80s in terms of culture. The problems are still there, the drug smuggling is still there, the immigrants are still there, the gangs are still there, the clubs are still there. The major difference now is the hip hop culture that wasn't there before and now there is molly and all kinds of different drugs besides cocaine.
Oh man it's weird playing GTA Online, it's like people are possessed. I see some guy coming towards me, I put on passive mode so he can't shoot me. He stands there for a sec and then he just drives away
no, florida fucking sucks though, miami is the only redeeming city in florida, back in the 80s that is it's a fucking trash heap now. what gta 6 orlando, that's fucking stupid.
Florida is a good setting for GTA. It lends itself to crime and craziness. You hear about all kinds of crazy shit happening in florida. plus there are the everglades and the keys and carribean islands. a Modern Vice City setting would be cool to see whats changed. It would still have the drug smuggling and the clubs and gangsters and all that.
