If or when this get's released for home consoles, how would you see it being released? One by one system or all at once?
unless he contracts it out to somebody else it'll be one at a time.
and i can't see him contract it out since you'll need to chance some things about the game to get it to work on consoles.
Is this the Undertale thread? Great.
I made a battle theme for Chara. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9k40chGGOM
Shovel Knight, Spelunky, Cave Story, Hotline Miami, Don't Starve, Rogue Legacy, Mighty Switch Force, Skullgirls, Super Meat Boy and numerous others all say hi.
Try again sweetie ;)
Game pulls some fuckery towards the end with deliberately crashing itself, also there's at least one point that wants you to use the keyboard to type something in real time (i.e. a console keyboard interface would be way too slow and unwieldly).
>thread about the state of a video game
>thread about if a video game is going to get ported
>apparently, this isn't vidya-related
>this is the thought process of /v/irgins nowadays
>they still think it's cool to shit on Undertale
The main appeal of the game is going into it with no hype or expectations, so having one big release date for every console would probably just hinder it.
Besides, there'd be no point in making a console release unless they improved the sprites and overall look of the game.
>thread about the state of a interactive movie
>thread about if a interactive movie is going to get ported
Fuck off with your SJW propaganda, you and weeb waifu shitters are ruining this board.
I don't get why some people around here are praising Undertale as the Citizen Kane of vidya or something bullshit.
I just finished playing all the routes, and it's a 4 out of 5 game at best.
Am I missing something?
Gaster, he's a character that isn't mentioned in the game on any regular playthrough, but if you alter some of the coding or some shit you can find out weird lore shit involving him.
He doesn't impact the story in any way, just adds depth to the world. He was the head scientist before Alphys, and while working on creating the CORE he fell into it and is in a state of half-death or something. I think the ferryman refers to him in one of his quotes, but that's about all of the regular indication he gets.
>I don't get why some people around here are praising Undertale as the Citizen Kane of vidya
The general consensus on /v/ is pretty much what you said. It's a decent game, but not the best thing ever. The only people that say it IS that amazing are casuals who have never played a story-driven game in their lives.
The best thing about Undertale is the soundtrack
>mfw Metattron EX fight
>mfw the saxophone kicks in
Metattron himself gave off a Paper Mario vibe
It's pretty much been a "don't touch the poop" and "wait a good while and see if it's still praised then" game for me until a friend insisted that I had to play it.
16 hours of gameplay isn't too bad value.
Doubt I'll replay it any more in the near future.
