The rival is pretty small and I don't think it's a palm grip mouse like the deathadder. How big are your hands? I've owned like 4 deathadders and it's perfect for me desu.

I'm one of the best in my city at csgo and I use a deathadder but someone else on my team uses a steelseries rival so I mean. What is your preferred grip style? They're both good mice for csgo.

I'd say get a deathadder and convert to a palm grip over time. I thought I was a fingertip gripper before but palm is much more comfortable and has improved my play 1000x. The mouse has a perfect weight, and personally the rival is a little too light for me and feels like it slips around the mousepad a bit too much.

I'd say go deathadder but I'm just biased. I fucking hate razer products except for this mouse.

I've owned a deathadder chroma, SS sensei raw, and SS rival 300.

deathadder feels comfortable and looks pretty.

Sensei raw is goddamn amazing but the ambidextrous design annoys me. I can't find a comfortable way to hold it where I'm not clicking the side buttons.

Rival 300 is extremely accurate, (I feel as though the sensei is a bit better at tracking, but it's a minor difference) and it has RGB too so you can match it up with your gaudy pc case with rainbow LEDs.

They're both very very good mice. I haven't regretted buying multiple deathadders but I won't say the rival isn't a sweet mouse. Just get both.

The better players on my team use deathadders tho. The worse ones use the zowie, rival, sensei. So maybe the deathadder makes you better at csgo?

They're both solid mice and you'd enjoy either one, but they're both going to have their differences.
