You are hype right? 4k 60fps, fresh Ur, tons of new pawns up for creation and renting, chance to keep things fresh! I'm trying to find games to fill my time.
>Have to spend the entire game listening to Americans badly fake British accents
I'd be excited if I didn't already drop 100 hours into the PS3 version, and if the PC version wasn't missing content from the console release. I'll probably get it in a year or so when it's down to 7.50 or something.
Any other builds? Maybe an Amazon? Not sure whether my main pawn will be a mage or warrior?
Ok video card releases are usually either new architecture as in completely new tech or refreshes where they improve on old architecture which aren't worth the upgrade if you own the previous line. Then you have the rarer jumps of direct x that older cards don't fully support. Direct X11 came out in 2009 and we've been getting dx11 cards all this time. In 5 months we will be having native direct x 12 cards so it's worth to just hold off. Direct x 12 will assist greatly in vr and make it easier for devs to optimize pc games once it's put in action. Plus the performsce gap will be larger. I recommend getting amd's Polaris if you want a card that will last you a while.
Nearly everyone will tell you it's the worst time to build or upgrade atm. New cpus are inbound too.
Not saying I speak for everyone, but I already put 250+ hours in on PS3. I'm just excited it's finally coming to the best platform.
>Capcom says there is still a possibility of DD 2 if the PC version sells well and there appears to be interest
>game sells millions on consoles
>will barely break 100k on PC
Dragon's Dogma is doomed. Doomed I say.
>go to logical increments
>pick out the stuff in your desired price bracket
>write that shit down
>go to your local electronics store
>tell them to order that shit and assemble it for you
>pick up your new gayman pc a few days later
>Implying I would ever use it myself
Not incompetent I put mine together myself. If he refuse to build one ibuypower is his next best bet, better than going alienware or buying some shit off amazon with 5TB HD with 32 gig of RAM with a toaster MOBO and GPU.
Honestly probably best off just not getting a PC altogether if you don't want to take the time to learn to build one. Better than wasting money
It's missing the guts armor.
Jap voices are missing too but those are easily copied and pasted in from console versions. The armor might take a bit of work to out in if possible. We'll see in a week
Wow! New pawns?! Another Ur Dragon?! It runs better than it did on my ps3?! And just how much WILL this MASTERPIECE cost!?
>recommending AMD or Nvidia
>5 fucking months before we know shit
Direct X 12 won't be widely used for a long-ass fucking time since there isn't a large consumer base with compatible hardware.
Might drop the price of current GPUs though, so waiting a bit is a good idea.
I put hundreds of hours in and want more.
My memory is pretty fucking shit, played the original 3 years ago, but remember anything about my build or even the game hardly.
Would starting as a Strider to get speed skills and shit be a good place. then just branch off when I finally decide what i want to play.
All I want to do is put INTO FREE back onto the Main Menu.
The fact of the matter is that this game isn't even going to be a remake. It's got nothing new that's worth noting at all. You're paying 30$ on release day because you're stupid and don't know how to spend money other than like a child.
I've been hyped since they fucking announced it
>tfw PS3 controller is having issues.
Every time I press L3 or squeeze the left side of the controller the wrong way, it presses random buttons. I'll end up dragon's mawing a group of NPC's when I'm just trying to sprint back to everfall.
I've looked up a fix and apparently have to get one of those screwdrivers they use on glasses and a piece of electrical tape. Guess I'm getting that shit next tuesday. Until then I can't play DD on my PS3. Any anons with some advice?
>HE CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY THINGS HE WANTS WHEN HE WANTS
Get yo money up broke nigga
It gets very dark at night and more/stronger enemies come out. You can only see a few feet around you and your oil lantern is a walking signal for you to get attacked (with limited fuel too).
As long as you don't crank brightness/gamma yes. Nights require lanterns and even then it's not far. Traveling takes walking an exploring and there's just so much content between questing, hunting, grinding, xpac zoone, ng plus, ur dragon and even rerolling to try something new.
>ill call others children thatll show them
Oh please ms is incorporating it in a few of their upcoming pc games. I'm just telling the guy what to get since the current tech isnt worth paying for since the new stuff will last him far longer.
Start as Fighter and stay there till level 200.
>$30 is a lot of money
>buying things that interest you instead of wasting it on drugs/alcohol is childish
Well sorry for disappointing you anon.
Just be thankful you're not my parent then I guess.
>mfw no fucks given that this is my third time buying the game
At least I was able to get a good discount off of GMG, I bought both vanilla and Dark Arisen at launch. Sucks that I barely meet the minimum requirements but I haven't had much of an incentive to upgrade yet
When you boys leave home you'll understand the value of saving money and making it a habit. Going to college is also pretty expensive, so that'll double your lesson.
...unless you're going to let daddy pay for it for you..?
It's worth to see what happens. As of now they are inferior but zen has 16 cores and 32 with ht. Intel will step up their game if amd doesn't fuck this up. If amd can at least match Intel at a cheaper price it will be worth it. Dx12 basically works around games utilizing each core more. Since this is all going on in 5 months what's wrong with seeing where it goes? The vive debuts too
Hey man, atleast they try to do British accents. Look at fucking Skyrim. You got characters with straight up 21st century american accents. Theres this female voice that does a few races, thats the one I mean.
>at 144 frames per second
Sweet Jesus, it's a Christmas miracle.
>dumbass friend buys from ibuypower
>the hdd dies in one year
>gives me the entire computer and buys a new one
>slap on a new hhd from Newegg
>tfw still running to this day
the gpu is only a 660ti but I'm going to get pascal once they launch
Had you told my father that 2 years ago, he'd laugh at you in your face.
>Having to deal with a shitty prebuild that can't run Fallout NV on Medium until I was 18 and was allowed to use my saved money to buy parts.
