Blood a million times over.

Admittedly, Duke had better level design, but holy shit those guns and sound effects in Blood. They are so fucking satisfying. Every time that game throws shit at me I'm running around 100 miles an hour heart racing fucking wrecking everything.

Really though, I guess it's a preference thing. Duke was really good and I never finished Shadow Warrior. Blood is just so great to me.

I think it's a little unfair to compare them. One thing doom has over Duke and Blood is less hitscan. And really, They all came after it so they had the benefit of Doom doing the ground work. I still play Doom regularly along with these. I've always wanted to see Doom designed with jumping in mind.

Blood, SW then Dook by favorited. But a very close judgement.

Blood just scratched every itch as far a themes go. Gothic western with horror toppings.

And I liked SW's levels over Duke's for some reason. Other than that they're pretty tied.

I would love for a new fps game that plays like these classic ones. No regenerating health, no limit on how many weapons you have, interesting and powerful weapons, large enemy variety, TONS of secrets, non-linear levels, a likable main character.

My favorite is Duke 3D

Duke was one of my first FPS. I love the level design
Shadow Warrior was good but meh. I liked the fast pacing and some of the level designs
Blood was good in almost everything. Lots of gore, enemy design, unique weapons, atmosphere, it was very detailed, you could do a lot of stuff, "story" and backstory were very good and has a fuckton of potential. Some level design were good, but I liked more Duke and SW levels.
So the list would be: Blood - Duke Nukem 3D --- Shadow Warrior.

I just want to play a Blood 3

That's exactly it, I've never seen a game use explosives as well as Blood. God damn that dynamite is fucking great.

My only really issue is the levels get confusing later on with all the key fuckery. I wish it was just a tad more focused in that respect, it's the only thing holding it back.

I really should go and finish Shadow Warrior from what I'm hearing, I didn't get very far.

Personally it's Shadow Warrior for me. THE best Build Engine and I absolutely enjoyed the gameplay, challenging and very different from Douk.
