Also don't even touch Rogue Agent. Sure, being able to be your own Bond Villain would be hype as fuck, but they fucked it up in every possible way. The only thing that game did right was getting Christopher Lee to reprise his role as Scaramanga.

That's what I don't get. They had literally everything stacked in their favor.

They got Lee to come back for fan favorite Scaramanga, they had him design your cyborg eye, which let you have the codename Goldeneye to appeal to the nostalgiafags (it would be a neat codename though, literal duck or no).

It set up a premise that had never been done but everyone wanted (be your own Bond villain), and implied the B plot was literally every other Bond villain in a backstabbing battle royale and everyone assumed you'd be going one on one against motherfucking James Bond himself.

And they fucked it up. It's just Goldfinger vs Dr. No, Bond never shows up beyond a shitty simulation, and Scaramanga's a narrator.

It completely blows me away as to how they could fuck up THAT BADLY with everything stacked in their favor.
