You know what's really retarded? Script-wise, most of the actual stuff being said is translated in a surprisingly identical manner to the original jap script. The problem is that they run it through their retarded "language" filter, and it completely turns the localization to shit.

EO series and DT2 have MP(/TP/whatever P).

Most don't even say they feel they should. They just don't really mind it. So SE keeping the whole accents just annoys me to an extreme.

You have to roll (as in dice rolls) your characters, the classes and combat are simpler, there is no MP (there's a limited number of times a character can use magic, kinda like Pokemon), chests have random loot and traps, etc. There is a lot of stuff that is considered obsolete now and not much handholding, not everyone can get into these games.

I don't agree with this. Depending on how you distributed your stats, only certain characters can spec into a certain class depending if they have enough stats, and I'm not talking about race specific classes like for the Angels/Demons.

Yes, but in DT and EO all classes have a lot of exclusive skills and there is more freedom on how you can build them. In CoH and other japanese Wizardry clones, each class has a few skills and some can learn magic, but magic is divided by school instead of every class having specific spells. The only difference between white magic users from different classes are the tiers available.
