I don't think so. RPG's can be nice if you're cozy. Maybe some music and a cup of tea. You really just play them for the story, with the level ups being a nice pat on the back.

Gross. There are no good rpg "stories." At best, games excel at setting and atmosphere. Video game writers couldn't write decent characters or plot to save their lives.
