What would happen if Nintendo bought Capcom?

At this rate I could rather see Capcom buying Nintendo

Nintendo only makes a "NEW" Mega Man game.

If it flops, they'll never bother to make another Mega Man again and put him on cameo status.

All other properties are forgotten and well be lucky to get a Strider Hiryu sticker in Smash 5.

And before you talk shit, Capcom is obviously gearing Mega Man up for another revival with the new toy and TV show deals they're gearing up. The Archie Comic cancellation was due to Archie's incompetence.

I'd be okay with Nintendo owning certain properties, but not all of Capcom. Can you imagine the amount of IP's Nintendo would ignore if they bought Capcom? I mean, they don't even care about some of their largest and most well-known franchises like F-Zero and Metroid (please don't remind me of that 3DS garbage).

Nintendo should only buy certain IP's like Phoenix Wright and stuff that is generally on Nintendo platforms. Maybe Mega Man if they would do something with it. 3rd party companies should stay 3rd party, really.

As a Nintendo fan I'd consider it a net loss.
They'd probably do right with some Capcom IPs like Megaman, MonHun, and possibly some of their niche Clover titles.
The big moneymakers, like Street Fighter, Resident Evil, and Devil May Cry, would suffer terribly because the target audience for those isn't on the Wii U.
I'm not going to bring up the C word but I will say DmC would never have happened on a Nintendo console.

And I think I've overall preferred Final Fantasy's 'feel' on Nintendo consoles: high fantasy instead of futuristic fantasy
