I got ps+ a few days ago.

How does uploading save files to the cloud work?

I manually uploaded a save file today, and apparently it is 30mb in size, but it "finished" in about 60 seconds.

My internet upload speed is no where near fast enough to do that. I only have about 300kbps upload speed, and it takes like 60 to 90 seconds to upload a 4mb file to 4chan.

Is there something wrong with my ps4, or does it only need to upload a very small portion of the save file?
