Nowadays the hip thing is to make women archers because everyone forgot using a warbow is the most strength centric task in ancient warfare.

If you ever find yourself in some urban survival shit, and the bow you find actually has a 45kg or more draw weight do not give the bow to the girl. Give her a spear or a really big stick. tera for one, their pretty much the lynchpin of a party in tera, all you dps could be dumb as fuck and your tank could not know how to block to save the universe, but if tyhe healer is up to task the party wont die.
Honestly a skilled person in any roll in tera can be the lynchpin of the party, but in a good party healing is still difficult because you are basically 1hit from everything which involves dodging a lot, while keeping buffs and debuffs running, keeping everyone topped off because everyone else can get hit maybe twice even tanks.
