PS4 has only worthy exclusive so you might as well justify buying that door stopper by telling yourself you're loaded as fuck and you could afford buying a console for just one game, since the other two you listed are plainly superior on a decent toaster already. I have reached level 55 in Fallout 4 but i do not recommend it. Bloodborne really seems to be the game of 2015. I would go for the Bloodborne

TW3 doesn't have much replay value, after 150 hours when you finish this you are pretty much done until next few months. Go for BB, especially since you've never played witcher games

Fallout 4 is unbelievably shit. Don't get it on any platform.
I found Skyrim bearable, and I liked the previous Fallouts, but I can't even enjoy Fallout 4. They fucked up the RPG elements so badly; crafting is pointless because of loot, there's no variation in the weapons or the loot, it takes fucking ages to level up and you get one pitiful skill point with each level up, damn...
