When was the last time these guys made a good game?
All the CYOA games are shallow as hell and are nowhere near as directed by player choices as they make out. Choices rarely matter and basically don't factor into the endings.
Never. Sam & Max had some nice humor, but was bogged down by how repetitive it was (talk to Bosco, talk to Sybil, collect three things. Repeat.), Monkey Island was a pile of congealed failure, and Back to the Future reused too many puzzles; they'd come up with one actually clever puzzle, then do the same exact same puzzle in the following two episodes.
The closest they got to a good game was probably Wallace & Gromit, or Puzzle Agent.
