OP here, coincidentally that's actually one of my favorite games. It's literally a Super Mario 64 ripoff but with hack and slash combat and air juggling, and generally edgy themes. The level design was pretty good too.

The CD showed dextar episodes, powerpuff girl episode and a Scooby doo episode I think. And some good features like a music video of dextar and powerpuff and the game trailer
