Clone Wars (the CG series, not the Tartakovsky one) and Rebels the cartoons.

The only things outside of the movies that are canon now are those two cartoons, the current Marvel comics, a few novels, and EA's Battlefront.

If you watched 7 films, the only lore available is unfortunately of the same abysmal quality as TFA- some comics, the terrible CGI cartoons, and a novel or two.

There is an entire ocean of quality content related to the first 6, but if you're set on incorporating Disney's attempt there's not much to see, and nothing worth seeing.
