Anyone else seeing a pattern here? RPGs are shit. Think of any beloved and critically acclaimed RPG and it probably belongs in this thread.
It was mentioned in another thread about "perfect" games or something and got a few good comments from nostalgia fags. OP probably saw that, went to try the game than got butt blasted cause he's shit at monster raising games

You're absolutely correct my friend
But this game has a fuckton of backtracking, it's also super easy so I don't see why I should be buttblasted about the genre/difficulty
First game gets a slight pass and is better overall but this game does shit to fix any of the problems from the first and only amplifies them.
>200 character long code
>felix is silent for some reason
>isaac talks now for some reason
All Fire Emblem games
I must be the biggest piece of shit, because I like everything posted up to now.
Played OoT for the first time last year (3DS version) and it isn't shit but it definitely wouldn't even make my top fifty. I understand people liking it if they played it when they were kids though, since I feel really strongly about a lot of objectively-just-okay Genesis games for the same reason.
Majora's Mask is actually really good and holds up though.
>typical RPG combat, mountains of slow, uninteresting dialogue made even slower by the talking animations, and dialogue choices that are ultimately useless
No thanks. Got that shit off club nintendo because I heard how good it was, uninstalled it two hours in
