They're still working on this? I gave up following it because it was taking so long.
UrT is a great game but I wouldn't really compare it to CS, it's sort of like a mix of arena shooter and tactical shooter

I think Urban Terror plays nothing like CS and won't ever compete with it or attract the same kind of players, its movement system is quake-like, it's deathmatch focused and it has no meta, TF2 and Wolf: ET/SOF2 have more in common with UT than CS does.

This is assuming they're building off of the gameplay in the Quake 3 version though and not making a completely different game.
