Why the fuck is no one talking about this?
>Bobby Kotick, Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard, said, “Our acquisition of Major League Gaming’s business furthers our plans to create the ESPN of esports. MLG’s ability to create premium content and its proven broadcast technology platform – including its live streaming capabilities – strengthens our strategic position in competitive gaming. MLG has an incredibly strong and seasoned team and a thriving community. Together, we will create new ways to celebrate players and their unique skills, dedication and commitment to gaming. We are excited to add Sundance and the entire MLG esports team to our competitive gaming initiatives.”
Are you ready for vidya to be broadcast primetime on ESPN in the future? And by vidya I mean MOBAs and COD
ASSFAGGOTS is the worst thing that's happened to video games and the stigma around them since mountain dew and doritos.
I just want to wake up from this nightmare.
>People who still watch television
Who the fuck cares what's on TV? It's outdated
>Better yet Activision/Blizzard is owned by Tencent, a fact most people forget.
Aren't they also the people who own Riot?
I guess that explains why Heroes of the Storm has embraced being a more casual game so easily.
ASSFAGGOTS is not the worse thing that happened to videogames but it is a large cancer that is apart of this decade.
I would say greedy jews like Bobby Kotick ruined the videogame industry
>stealing Ron Paul memes
what has the world come to?
Don't blame ASSFAGGOTS, blame Tencent Corporation, owner of Riot Games.
They're the Chinese equivalent of EA and League of Legends never would have become the cancer it did without them pushing their quantity over quality low-cost strategies on Riot Games.
Similar encouragement in backrooms at Activision Blizzard, which Tencent is also a major shareholder of, led to decisions like releasing SC2 piecemeal.
They also run China's Great internet Firewall and currently are developing a system which tests your loyalty to the government on social media. And they directly rip off the assets of games made by Western devs and then sell them in China without paying any royalties.
Pure fucking evil, and far worse than dewritos and assfaggots combined.
>A meme robber is the face of Reddit
>mfw I finally discover the source of the evil keeping RTS from making a ressurgence
I feel like there should be a boss battle happening right about now in my life.
>calls me a newfag
>doesn't know the classic blunders: never get involved in a land war in Asia, and never have an image which is more interesting than your post
Deal with it OP
Stop stealing our memes you snake oil salesman
I try and tell people about it because they're surprisingly unknown, but I don't know how one could go about fighting Tencent. They're an even bigger company tthan EA to my knowledge and safe and sound in China. Legal stuff doesn't affect them.
You'd have to get some politician to propose cutting all ties with Tencebt as a sanction over the Sesame program, or something. That would throw a spanner into League and their piracy antics as well as possibly make Actiblizz's dealings less Jewish without having to answer to their Chinese overlords
having an interesting picture on /v/ isnt even a blunder anymore since all the on-topic shit gets slided to page 10 within the first 8 minutes, at least with a controversial picture you can have some bantz. not him >>322720974 tho
>one of the hundreds of edits of a meme you've seen a million time is more interesting than the villains of gaming gaining a new cancer
Thats truly how you discern the reddit immigrants from the people who ahve been ehre since at least 2010. If it was a pair of nice tits or trannyshit I could understand though
I just realized today that there's a dedicated MLG building in Columbus, Ohio. It's weird that I watched esports a lot over the summer and didn't realize some of it was happening so close by.
You are so god damn stupid, I'm actually getting a headache fro ir
