sexylabs has the best pregnancy mods. Check there. Just avoid new race mods with pregnancy. You can use them, just dont sexify modified races. Pregnancy mods will create mutant abominations.

I think it might be down to the clothing mods I have not supporting the growth so to speak? I've got the correct skeletons that the mods advise to use.

It's clothing. If you strip off, you'll see the growth. I think the modders struggle with trying to reflect this in the clothing.
