Haunting Ground is one of the only games to make me feel too uncomfortable to play for long.

There was some serious black magic going on with this game. Fiona's character model just looked so fucking amazing for a ps2 game. I'd actually say it still looks good even today.

That's not attempt at ambient occlusions but a unintended mix of how the game renders shadows combined with blur filter and AA on top of it.
