I have a Netbook that barely runs LoL and I currently have those games installed and they run perfectly on it.
There is literally no reason to play LoL over those games. And this comes from someone that hit Challenger in S4 and Master in S5.

Not him, but the forced meta makes the game really dull and everything's really streamlined so it doesn't have anywhere near as much depth and room for creativity as a strategy game where you build a team out of a pool of 100+ characters really should.

The ability scaling being taken as far it does creates a curve you need to keep up with, increasing snowballing and limiting utility options with items because you need to keep up with the damage curve.

Flash being almost mandatory is shit, having a "get out of dying free" button on a large cooldown makes the game irritating and unrewarding and it's problematic how the result of so many engagements rely on who does and doesn't have their flash off cooldown.

I could go on, but those are a few to get you started
