PC gamers like to boast that emulation is perfect and can emulate EVERY console flawlessly with zero input lag, but since getting a pc I haven't been able to run ace combat 4 perfectly and even snes games have ATROCIOUS input lag on every emu I've chosen. So, I have a question. Is emulation REALLY that much better as they say?
Why in threads and comment sections pc gamers just shit on every aspect of consoles and say they're the bane of gaming when emulators weren't always around and the best games ever were ONLY on consoles?
Do PC gamers hate retro game collectors as well and people who shaft out hundreds of dollars for the best upscalers like the xrgb mini or dvdo iscan ultra? do pc gamers despise youtube channels like classic game room, happyconsolegamer, and gamesack that play all of their games natively? Why are pc gamers so elitist and snobby and want consoles to die but push likely peole from joining pc because of how shitty the community is?

XRGB-mini Framemeister is fine, CRTs, scanlines and filters are not.
It's 2016, if you want response times, get a $1,000 plasma set or get an LSD screen like everyone else.

There is no solution for the N64. it's original output and it's modded output look the same, and emulation is unfaithful.

So far emulation has allowed me to play all the games I want at a fraction of the cost and effort. Must be irritating to find a game that won't run properly, although even when I've had problems just trying a different emulator has solved the problem.
