The game Isin't noob friendly at all,the fighter pool Is slightly lackluster for it's time(they compensated later,but still) and the depth of the game consists on resets,which Is basically expecting your opponent to fuck up.

don't get me wrong,It's still a very well made game,but without weeb goggles,the quality really falls.

Many decent players enjoy fucking up on (Beginner) labeled lobbies.

Not 100% certain,but I think matchmaking relies on the amount of games you played online,a real kick In the nuts for slow learners.

I see what you are saying; if you are just fresh out of the tutorial, or maybe you spent time in the lab and decided you wanna go online, you'd probably get shit on and not understand why because of the veterans playing.

Still, this happens in a lot of fighting games and its not something exclusive to Skullgirls. I think the only difference is that it doesn't just happen right away in those games.

I used to follow 8_0's art religiously, but then he went all skullgirls and stopped updating his art

I was pumped for its release and really let down when it came out

and then they released an updated version that removed all the pantyshots (thanks SJWs)
