Nothing really, depends on how powerful your PC is.
You should be able to run it in 3-4* native if you've got a good enough PC.
It might mess with text though, as it does on my laptop but not really on my desktop.

Also get the International version.

There is a prominent bug in emulation if you don't use the right settings that makes the characters face the wrong way in combat.

It can be fixed on the fly, but you should google that shit.
