It's gonna be shit right?
The promise makes it sound good.
The delays, leaks, and new stuff makes it look like the next watchdogs.
We'll have to wait and find out.
played alpha for like 18 hours straight, got instantly hooked. graphical downgrade for sure, but the gameplay and setting is fucking legit. alpha players get invited to beta which should be starting any moment now, so yeah I'm pretty hyped. haven't pre-ordered yet tho..
>will be downgraded
>will likely be filled with microtransactions
>will require a group of friends at all times to have fun with it
>wont be able to have fun with randoms who will just grief you
>cant play unless all your friends are playing at the same time
>will require a headset so you can communicate
If you have people you can trust who you can play with everyday it could be fun, otherwise don't even bother.
What's the actual gameplay loop?
Is it open world? Is it a game where you get incremental gear or is it like DayZ where you can just find the best gun if you're lucky?
Is it mission based?
Is the multiplayer separate from the single player? Is there a single player?
I've been on /v/ for 6 years now.
I do not know how the fuck anyone can keep getting excited for Ubisoft and EA games. You don't even have to look that far back in time to find examples to know their game WILL be awful.
they thought rainbow six siege was "good" so now they've forgotten the years and years of ubicrap failures. its like stockholm syndrome or battered wife syndrome or something.
