It will be downgraded while Sony put in a Photo Mode to try convince people that bullshots are "In game" like Driveclub. It will just be yet another casualised open world running at a silky smooth 20FPS that will be shilled relentlessly while there will be ten better alternatives on PC that run 60FPS or greater.
