why does every game always have shit economy?
you always buy a fucking bread for the price of you selling a greatsword
like what the fuck
What if they did this for a super valid reason like your MC is a princess with a very sensitive tongue and can't take badly prepared slop?
So she always goes for stuff like scallops or sauteed onions over steak?
The Borderlands series ironically has the best vendor system for this. Not only is there a buyback option, but you can mark all your junk and sell it with one button.
I say ironically because the rest of Borderlands is shit.
You know, it might be that it's because of the monsters plaguing the streets
Some farms might need to pay more mercs or random heroes to move their resources for breadmaking safely while swords are more common since everybody has them
>working at a bakery
>customer enters the store
>"Good morning, how may I help you?"
>"I want to sell this loaf of bread"
>It's a stale loaf of bread bought in another town
>what the fuck am I supposed to do with bread
Imagine you're selling to a pawn shop with terrible rates, no store buys your shit
