HERE TO STAY
>1. It doesn't get funded. Mark cries into his beer and takes his new job. CGR runs as a hobby with ads and probably no studio. World destroyed in 2084.
I wonder how much he'll ask to keep CGR running.
Now sure if the people that sent him letters about patreon will actually pay too, it's easy to to talk but people usually never follow their words
I'm sure he will get a decent amount. But depending on how much, it might be unrealistic to expect enough to keep a place quite like that running per month.
We should keep in mind this is happening because of ad revenue falling to jack shit rendering the earnings useless
Kinda hot desu
It's that or make a living doing something else. It's worth a shot.
Undertow was shit. The only good critic there was Derek and he was pretentious as fuck half the time.
The consistent worst critic there though was TJ. He just so frequently rambles with almost no direction. Listen to this shit.
Could be, I always use adblock on youtube, Mark or not.
But a couple videos earlier in his Q&A he was really pissed at youtube for taking down his videos. It was pretty weird to see Mark get mad.
That's not a review, that's an impression video. Reviews require some kind of analytical thought put to it, and Mark doesn't fucking go in-deep about anything. I'm not going to like his channel solely based on his positive attitude towards everything.
>hating Mark because of Patreon
Nigga please. Even Matthewmatosis uses Patreon now. You gonna hate him for that too?
As long as the content is good, I don't mind the Patreon begging. And Mark is ALWAYS comfy to watch.
His wife's an heiress to some shipping firm or something, supposedly. The money Mark makes himself was through CGR and viewing royalties from those historical documentaries he wrote and directed that are shown in the public school system.
>and Mark doesn't fucking go in-deep about anything
By which standards? He's not going to do a 6 hour long autistic analysis but he goes about as indepth as the average reviewer does. There are rarely any times when I come out of a review of his without knowing what to expect.
