The damage model is still fucked. Submachine guns, pistols, and individual shotgun rounds all kill in a single headshot. Until they fix this the game has no chance of redemption

With handguns, individual shotgun pellets, and submachine guns against individuals wearing heavy helmets it absolutely is. I have no problem with rifle rounds one hit killing in the head because they have actual recoil instead of being laser pointer meme machines like all the SMGs

And individual shotgun pellets dealing 120 damage to the head is just fucking silly

One bullet from handgun, few pellets from shotgun into the helmet will switch you off for about 10-15 minutes, and i don't mean losing consciousness - you will be effective as 5 yo.

You have that in reverse. 1.6 is the bullets won't hit edition. Ass netcode, acc bug, and also the modified recoil. It's a flurry of fuck.
Source is significantly more consistent in comparison.
