Well you can get enough mb to make all 3 in one playthrough provided that you don't spend the mb on anything else.

It's recommended you make just one on the first playthruogh and spend mb on other plans. Made plans carry over to new game+ so you don't have to remake em. So on the 2nd playthrough, you should be able to make the last 2 sisters.

Most people will get the normal ending anyway on the first playthrough and true end on 2nd playthrough.

Durante's first fix he released had the wrong version of a DLL that he left in. He accidentally left the debug one in, it was like 2.5 mb. There was someone on the steam forums that figured this out and provided the correct file that is like 700kb. I think Durante fixed it on his website though. Not sure.
