What kind of OC do you want to create anon? I could help you out with tips and shit regarding it. For example if your character is in a setting with 'powers', either choose an existing power and build upon it or imagine another power that still obeys the laws of said setting.

Don't get content.

Think about what you want to change or improve from your work currently and what steps you could be making to improve on that.

Eyes leave something to be desired? Draw more types of eyes. Want shake up your coloring style? Play around with brush properties such as spacing or angle and not just flow and transparency or just flat out different brushes.

It really isn't a hopeless situation, you might be comfortable in your methods enough to make a coherent figure but you still got studying to do both in terms of drawing and tools to complement technique.

Don't use the word "style" as a means to define your current ability just because it's comfortable to handle things the way they are currently. There's a reason why you're jealous and it's because you're subconsciously wanting some of the same elements as the artists you envy.
