The Splicing Pokemon Fusion made sense, Given that Zekrom, Reshiram and Kyurem were originally one entity, and that waspointed out even back in B/W, but it's kind of a dick move of GF to not show the real Original Dragon
Besides, B2W2 added tons of shit to Unova, like Pokewood, White Tree Hollow/Black Skyscraper, PWT, a few new areas, old areas got expanded and it was nice to see how everyone bar the protags from the last game were doing

I'll give you the linearity, but I absolutely loved the lack of old pokemon until postgame. It made me feel like when I was playing pokemon back in the gameboy, with all the new monsters to find, and the new teams I had to come up with, since I didn't know how useful they were and stuff
The post-game was akin to D/P, except the battle tower got switched for Battle Subway, something you have access to midgame, so I wasn't that bothered by it
Now that I think about it, normally the main entries aren't that full of stuff to do in the post-game, the ones that do are the remakes/3rd versions/sequels

-XY was a nice way to transcend Pokemon into 3D. Not the console games, you don't do Pokemon on a console, period.
-GameFreak wanted to do remakes since Gen V and were hinting at it back then. But everyone predicted them to do such a thing, so they waited until the next Gen. Honestly, Black/White 2 was for the best.
-Gen I's mechanics were BROKEN. GameFreak can't code for shit. Green was even worse. You got a revision of an even worse game.
-The Pokemon designs are now more human-like, but at least they aren't actual humans like some of Gen I's were. Alien-like guardian>Monster-headed bodybuilder. And I like the two lines, mind you.
-An MMORPG is the worst thing GameFreak can do to the series. Realize that and stop looking to the anime for retarded ideas.
-Gen VII will be the starting point where Gen IV is now acceptable to like. Note how Gen III gets a pass last year?
-The designs will always be attacked for the new Pokemon. Always. Those fools either do it intentionally or actually think that Gen I/II Pokemon had groundbreaking designs.

Why is everyone in the Pokemon universe retarded?

I mean, it's RARE as fuck to find a single person using 6 Pokemon in the newer games. Infact, I don't think anyone does except the champion and like one end game person who is stronger than the champion.

You find people all over with one Pokemon. Hell, you literally find people on victory road going to challenge the elite 4 with a single (underleveled) Pokemon.

How fucking dumb are these people? I mean, it's not hard to catch a Pokemon, and these people have more than enough money to buy a few Pokeballs considering you get more than enough money for beating them to buy a few (and you lose a small percentage of your money upon defeat).

Why don't these fuckers just catch some more Pokemon? I mean, even 5 fucking Magikarps increases your odds of winning and you can catch them at full health with a Pokeball.

They dont have the patience to train 6 pokes and probably just bumrush with an overleveled Starter + 1st/2nd route poke. So to make it fun for them, they scaled back trainers pokes considerably so they wont lose battles often

Rhyhorn is overdesigned. Though it was designed after Rhydon. Ironic, isn't it? Hell, on design, I'll take Haxorus over it just gets bigger. I didn't even know Pidgeot was a thing until the anime showed Ash's evolve. I thought it was a nickname for Pidgeotto. Again, people say Gen I had the best designs unironically.
