New Monster Rancher on literally any console.
With the traditional offscreen player character and game mechanics from the first three games. And online tournaments. And NO shitty anime story that forces the monsters into the backseat like EVO. Actually, just no story in general is best.

While it's not a game I directly desire, it's something I can only thing about when I think of a 'dream game'. I can't really explain it properly so I will be very lazy and say that it's like a combination of God Hand's beat em up gameplay with JoJo/Persona style boosts (stands, personas) and the game has a heavy Blaxplotation theme, so a lot of the music will be 70s Funk, Jazz Funk and Soul, and the protagonist would be some foxy black school girl who gets trained to fight in her dreams from a Rwandan Prince.

Sounds wacky and I'm not really bothered about ever playing it, but I think it'd be neat.

I actually dreamed about just about every gameplay update from Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 to Reborn right after I played 3 and before I even knew Reborn was happening. Only thing I was wrong about was I dreamed you could have three levels of SP attack by holding the SP button when you could only have two.

An off road open world racing game that only has ATV's, Dirtbikes and different kinds of trucks populated in an impossibly mountainous but still completely jumpable environment.

All I ever do in GTA 5 is jump the mountains in ATV's and Dirtbikes.
