XanaduNext is good stuff. It was impressive they managed to make a Diablo clone (which is one of my most hated genres) into something fun and engaging.

OP is kind of a dumbdumb who can convey thoughts correctly

I'll bring you people up to speed:

It's a Diablo clone, only with a fixed Metroidvania style world and dungeon structure.
The combat is no longer DPS race- you need to take timing and positionoing into account here, think Souls games.
You're encouraged to maneuver around enemies, hit them from the back, and avoid taking blows yourself.

All and all, it's very good fun

I honestly find the Souls games and games like OP a more natural evolution of the ARPG genre.

I just can't stand that. It's my biggest problem with ARPGs. I don't see any reason why that system is still used over giving movement and attacks/spell us their own separate controls. Why stick it all to one button? I don't think it works very well, at least not better then using WASD/analog stick to move and M1/mouse/face buttons to attack.

Aw man, Xanadu Next was sweet. It's pretty much what I wanted from a Diablo clone. Instead of being about killing armies of enemies and collecting meaningless loot it's about exploration and challenging encounters. I wish it had more bosses, though.
