I think that for the most part how sex is handled in video games is handled tastefully enough. There's no point in adding it in any further than what we have now, or what you might already see in movies; unless the games explicit goal is to be a porn game, there's no reason to do this.

Not that guy, but that book is really bad. A much, much better book is 'Soda Pop Soldier' by Nick Cole, which is about a player (PerfectQuestion) competing in an illegal gaming tournament known as 'The Black', where the games are heavy on the sex and violence.

It's different in that 'The Black' basically plays like Dark Souls meets Diablo, and the narrative focuses on the actual game. Ready Player One just describes everything in broad strokes, and it's all references.
