Hercules can allegedly take on the other 6 servants at once as Berserker. He can also be any class except Caster. Saber has retarded good magic resistance.

One of the factors however that alters a servants stats is the skill of their Master and their mana access. Rin Saber has slightly different stats (I think all higher) than Shirou Saber. Saber Alter is much stronger than normal Saber but she consumes a lot of mana and her attacks are different. Though being blackened as well is a huge factor with that.

Fate/Zero was the best thing to come out of the Fate series. I wish they elaborated more on it.
