>playing the easy mode babby character
I legit havent lost a match with this guy in For Glory. people dont know how to match up against him
D3 has some tools that're difficult to avoid in laggy For Glory matches. Similarly, D3 lives to absurd percentages fairly often and unless you kill him outright or the player fucks up royally, he'll never fail to recover.
So it's not that people don't know how to counter D3 really.
>that butthurt when i shoot an arrow at your spiky shit and it goes right back at you
it was worse before i started playing D3. this one guy in particular let me get 20 wins off of him with my D3 and wouldnt leave
link players cause me the most difficulty since they have 3 projectiles that just fuck my gordos up. i still win since most of the ones i've played can never finish a killing me
>Was excited when Little Mac was announced as I love punch-out, pic related
>Only planning on getting Smash for WiiU
>Now everyone will think I'm some bandwagon no skill kid.
>dash attack into that 3 minute late shit placed knee
>twice, not just an easy uair
>falcon kick in the air when you're 2 inches from the ground
>that liberal use of side b, not keeping it fresh for nice and early 100% kills
>not going for a grab and throwing his bitch ass off stage or dthrow into xair combo
I'm honestly surprised he dodged Macs neutral b there.
every mac player ive played in FG always do the same thing, im kidding. i came the edge at the start, they run at me and do a dash attack then i grab them and throw them off and follow up so they cant come back. every. time.
I've never seen a good mac player on FG but ive played one i've added here who was good
>mfw he was spot dodging my grabs
Chef is such an underrated move. It's fucking ridiculous what it can do.
It's great a stop people in their tracks and trapping them in a barrage of meat, just raking up a lot of damage.
It's also great for edge guarding, there have been times where I've just been spamming it for 30 seconds while someone on the ledge tries to get up only to get knocked back down with meat.
You're telling me?
The Ike was kinda bad but man did I have a fucking grin on my face the entire time.
The pan makes it all better do.
"You wanna rush through the barrage of me? Take the pan!"
No other character in Smash is able to give me as much satisfaction as Game & Watch.
>hitting a 9
Feels just as good has hitting a Rest.
I don't mind how his rolls and grabs are so subpar in a game where it's a staple. Just makes you find other ways to rack up the damage.
It's not just getting 9's that makes him so great. So many people tend to forget about his bucket too. Every time I pull it out on someone, sometimes they'll just pause out of confusion.
I think it's based on charge of the projectile this time. I know fully charge Mega Man smashes have filled up the bucket.
There's also the one-shot bucket, one projectile and you toss it out.
>Falcon vs Ganondorf on Green Hill Zone
>Live and Learn plays
>going up against Pikachu, Robin, or Samus
Everytime they never know.
The max Oil Panic can do this time around is 45%. So it catches up to that amount or 3 projectiles (3 of Pikachus thundershocks).
CTRL F AND NO WARIO WHAT THE FUCK
Why aren't you flying
>He doesn't know about the D-throw to U-Air to Up-B to any aerial that works consistently at low %s
>Free 20-40% every time
G&W is great, it almost makes me mad that people say he's nerfed And assume that the only way to play him is with Chef and 9s
>try to use little mac on 1v1 for glory so i can win
>people don't know how to deal with ranged attack and slide
>they can't remember to shield the crash bomb
>they forget that metal blade hits multiple times
>they still call him low tier
>hit a G+W with an uncharged Samus shot
>fills his bucket
>when he uses it on me, he does 40% damage and knocks me fucking flying
I love playing MM because people really don't seem to encounter him enough to know how to beat him. It's pretty satisfying.
Of course then I get stomped by people who know what they're doing.
>play a decent Mac
>didn't know Mac could angle his f-smash into a motherfucking running uppercut
>ko's me at 70% with a fully charged one while I'm falling
Goddamnit. I mean he was a good player who used other characters, but that was just disappointing.
>tfw you fuck up and side-B off the stage
>tfw someone knocks you too far out to recover
Little Mac is fun as hell to play, but to make up for his speed and power he has absolutely no recovery
>stand on the edge of the level
>wait for Mac to come running at me
>spit off edge
>edgeguard the shit out of him
>literally nothing he can do
Why don't you hail your king, /v/?
>make imbalanced game on purpose so tryhard scene dies
>everyone just plays the most imbalanced character
>switches to flowchart ZSS
Guys my gf plays ZSS and she is terrible. I know she could dominate because ZSS is top tier, but I have no idea how to play her as I've never even touched ZSS.
what's a basic way to git gud with her?
Use moves with the least ending/landing lag first until your opponent is at a high enough percentage, then be a little more risky and use more powerful moves to finish them off.
Remember to shield against incoming attacks but attack if you notice an opening.
If you get knocked off stage, use your up special to get more height and recover.
>for glory 1-on-1s are full of zero suit samus, sheik, greninja, little mac, and rosalina
It would be nice to fight someone who uses characters they like instead of characters who are top tier. At least it feels more satisfying when you beat a Rosalina as Donkey Kong.
I have never beaten a Little Mac Where are all these shitty Macs you all talk about? Every Mac I've fought has been a fucking beast.
I main Game & Watch because BEEP BEEP, motherfucker.
I love pissing niggas off with this little shit and his barrels and clay, you can do some nice combos with the clay, barrel and gunner
>main Captain Falcon
>holding down neutral A and punching repeatedly completely neutralizes Little Mac's dash attack
>they have no idea what to o and keep running into it
>one of them figures out that side b works against it
>do the same thing but at the edge of the stage
>he jumps right off
>Play on any map that isn't final destination
>do just fine and win constantly
>play on final destination
>i'm complete shit
i swear that map is cursed for me, i have always been shit on it.
FD is kind of a meh stage.
Honestly my favourite stages are the ones that are wacky as shit and impossible to have a proper fight on like Mute city, Spirit train or the Gameboy.
Battlefield is for serious-ing up. FD is just meh.
you know why i hate it? i cant do shit against projectile spammers, nor can i bait people to attack me on a platform, nor land safely without immediately getting attacked. I just want some fucking variation.
Arena Ferox is the best because of the opportunity to wall jump and wall tech.
It's a shame that the Wii U fire emblem stage has no bottomless pit. Free-for-alls are going to be annoying with faggots just camping the edges of the screen and just throwing anyone who gets close.
nice quads, but i seriously wish i could just play battlefield instead, or ANY other map. I'm doing fucking horribly because i despise FD with a passion and i never was good on it.
I JUST finished a match with a Little Mac as Kirby. I ended the match in 30 seconds by sucking him up and jumping off to where he couldn't recover, but I forgot to hit save replay.
He left after that.
