Paladins were walking gods, the only thing that could kill a paladin 1v1 was another paladin, divine storm was pure holy, there was no damage reduction for divine shield, mana was practically infinite with the amount returned on judgements and overall damage and self healing was crazy.

One of the most funnest times I had in WoW.

Only good pallies healed well. Until Naxx gear good holy pallies had to scrape cloth/ leather gear together because the stats were shit on pally plate.

Even good gear would not guarantee you to bee a good healer. We had an insane holy pally that healed our main tank solo through certain fights and never ran out of mana. The guy was a beast. When he show me a screencap of his actionbars, you saw about 8 different buttons for holy light/ flash light. He downranked like crazy.

The most receint meyhem glicht event I remeber is when dka could use their diseases not only on enemie players but players on their faction.
So u had all these max level dka killing all the lowbies in 1-3 ticks
It was hotfixed and never a problem again

When Cata came out I was the first on the server to get the recipe for the new alchemy mount. People were paying me 1000+G just to craft it. I wasn't advertising that price, that's just what people were offering. Within a couple of days, some more people got the recipe and spent the day shouting that they'd do it for free. Meh people complaining about vanillia paladins here :( To me how paladins were back then were the perfect class, just so versatile through gearing.

You could go: Ret , Reck, Prot, Shock, Holy, Fire or just mix and match. Its a shame modern wow doesnt have that anymore :(

I played as a paladin, and although i wasn't really good at it or any game for that matter, even I knew that paladins were outmatched by other classes in basically any area. You'd only need two paladins; one for Blessing of Kings, and one for Blessing of Might/Wisdom/Salvation.

Then they'd heal a bit, but not as good as priests or druids. Ret damage was shit, and tanking was out of the question before TBC.

I once played on a bugged TBC private server. One bu was particularly interesting: if you ere to cast away your pet while taking a sky bus, it would 'aggro' and turn red and bigger in size. I spammed that shit while flying to Orgrimmar and arrived there with a raptor twice as tall as the highest tower
