If you mean just make commands, then you use Razor. There's a "macros" tab where you can make yours. You can record an action and then play it back, and add pauses and stuff inbetween

I played this for a year back when it was released, and had sporadic, short returns to the game over the next few years. It wasn't the same, so I tried a free shard and... well, it's pointless. Half the fun of the game back in the day was the fact that it was a completely new concept, with a bunch of people running around who had no fucking clue what they were doing. It was an adventure, exploring something new for the first time.
The free shards are populated with people who've played this shit for over a decade, and there aren't new or moderately skilled players. The very thing that made UO good is dead. It's just a hardcore grind and constant pvp.
