My 12 year old step brother has shit taste and is really bad at games

All the time but we were only one and a half years apart.

Had an older sister. We played video games. Started on the Atari 7800 with Robotron. The game used 2 controllers at once. 1 for aim and 1 for movement. We had to co-op. Fondest memories are playing Toejam and Earl together.

I do play video games with my brothers when we're together. We've always been the split-screen, couch multiplayer kinds. None of this online shit.

I'm an only child. The upside was that I never had to share my shit and had privacy. The downside is that I didn't really learn many social skills from a sibling like a lot of people.

I have a twin brother who I'm super close with. Having to share everything as kids forced us to always play multiplayer, and we developed similar tastes because of it.

He's a lot more casual about it than I am these days, partially because he has far less free time, but we always find some time to squeeze a few rounds of Smash in when we're both around.

My brother was 15, I was 5. He let me play Street Fighter with him, and he wrecked my shit.

He put a demon inside me. I played that fucking game for years, but still his years of playing SNES as a kid, playing SF in the arcades constantly eked me out. I can honestly say it wasn't until I was 17 and playing Street Fighter IV and my brother was married with kids that I was able to beat him on a consistent basis.

And still, on the rare time where we're both in my place alone, we'll run Street Fighter. Right until his wife calls him and screams at him to feed the kids.

I miss my brother. Street Fighter is still my favourite series, all because of him.

I also happen to be 5 years apart from my bro. We used to play everything together, but even when I was little and we would play Smash he would get angry when I beat him, so I had to let him when so he could keep up his illusion that he's better than me, but that doesn't matter I used to love my brother. He grew cold and more and more angry. We barely play vidya together anymore and whenever we do it just turns into him getting angry about losing, I eventually stopped letting him win and just started winning has hard as I could. He's the reason I got so good at games because he takes after our angry dad and he was so hateful and would make me feel like shit whenever I lost. Now he's a bonafied PCfag just for the reason of being part of the Master Race, I have no problem with pcgaming, but he just likes it because it's a reason to feel better than everyone else.

No, but my sister casually plays Zelda and Pokemon. She has assorted Pokemon merch, a Zelda wallet and phone case, and I actually had to talk her out of getting a triforce tattoo when she was younger.

My younger brother and I used to play Sega Genesis, Atari 2600, Gameboy and PC games together, from 1991 to 2004. We haven't spoken more than once since 2004, largely because he became an violent, sadistic little man and I don't have Stockholm Syndrome. Now he's only nice when he's drunk. I try to remember the times when we'd play video games though because I hope they will come again some day.

I have a brother and a sister who play vidya with me.

On their own, brother tends to play games like Mega Man, Pokemon, a bit of CoD, and I think he's trying to get into those games that all the other kids his age play (ie: Minecraft).

Sister tends to play Ace Attorney, Tomodachi Life, Kirby, after Layton vs Wright she seems to be interested in the Layton series now.

Both play Mario, Sonic, Smash Bros, and some animu fighters like the DBZ Budokai games or the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series.

I generally end up playing the multiplayer games with them.

He usually didn't go against me though unless we were playing with other friends because even though he was usually pretty good, I was always better than him.

When he was much younger, I would let him "play" by having him press a button (big ass A button for Wind Waker, etc). If he had difficulty and asked me to complete a level for him, I used to just sit there and tell him that he could do it. Some time later, he'd feel so accomplished and proud of himself. So did I.

If it's a multiplayer or co-op game, we'll spend hours beating the shit out of each other or helping, depending on the game. Street Fighter, Metal Slug, Rampage, etc

My bro and I still play vidya but it is mostly dota 2. when I am back home we play other shit. we co-oped re 5/6 and have been playing n64 games as he started buying games for the it recently.

My niece has yet to do anything like that to me, chances are it won't happen either since for whatever reason my aunt doesn't like her being around me for too long. Though i hope it never happens to be honest, i don't want to ruin what i have with her.

I use to play games with my brother.
we played a lot, even though he's 5 years older then me I almost always beat him.

we would play a lot of shit, like guitar hero, smash brothers, street fighter 4, umvc3, and this shitty boardgame called battle ball.

He was an asshole, but never hit me for video games.

Now he just plays league of legends, and gets legitimately mad at the game.

I have two brothers we are all super close in age 22, 23, 25

And we played videogames together our whole lives, always having a party of three has been a huge asset. Getting three xboxes, three copies of the same game, so much wasted money. Good times though, shame we didn't get into PC gaming until recently, would have been useful in world of warcraft and mmos.

Younger brother here. Back when I was in middle school we played against each other whenever we could. He works a red eye shift at the airport and I'm a full-time student and working part-time. Pretty sure the last game we'll ever play co-op together is Tales of Symphonia.

I find league of legends the only game I actually get mad at. Same goes for the friends I introduced into the game, one mutes his mic and swears profusely, the other is toxic calling people garbage for missing "skillshots" and not knowing a champions movesets and combos, or for generally just losing games. This is for every single loss, he complains about every one and rages at every loss.
