So I'm planning to make a video. I'd like thoughts on this.

Right now, the Zoe side is derailing this whole thing into a "gaming hates women and feminism" shitshow. This is obviously bad for us, and while we keep talking about journalism, and we have tons of evidence of the corruption, it's easy for them to ignore it since we don't have a smoking gun.

Thing is, we've been concentrating so hard on the positive coverage of Zoe that I think we've missed something far more damning. Our goal is to show that the gaming press is insular, incestuous, untrustworthy, isn't it? Surely the response to this entire scandal is rock solid proof of that.

So. A video. It'll be aimed mostly at non-/v/ types, and the goal will be to get the normals and the SJW crowd angry at and untrusting of Zoe and her allies. I think this is doable. Here are the points I'd like to cover:

1: Zoe Quinn doesn't care about women. She exploits feminist causes for her own gain.

2: The coverage of certain events in this scandal have been very different from comparable events in the past. Contrasting TFYC and Anita will show that the press is on Zoe's side, not on the side of women.

3: The anti-feminism angle has been completely manufactured by the gaming press.

4: There has been a consistent effort (and conspiracy) to suppress discussion and only allow it within the above manufactured narrative.

5: 4chan has done more to close the gender gap in video games than Zoe and her allies.
