Are you talking about file names? File names can be in any language. They don't have to be in English. They can be in Japanese whether that be as Romaji or Kanji and Kana. Look at the odd file called fRfs[ ' opening.bnr in the picture. The file name is actually in Japanese but the anon's computer doesn't have Japanese enabled on his computer.
