What vidya music can you play on what instrument, Anon?
I'm currently learning the piano tracks from The Sims. They have a great range of styles and difficulty.
>Taking a guitar class at school
>Every week have to bring in a piece and perform it for the class
>Decide to do Breezy from FFVIII one week
>The coolest guy in the class happens to sit next to me
>He sees the composer on the sheet music and yells "Oh that's the Final Fantasy guy! I love those games!"
>Spends the rest of the class talking to me about Final Fantasy
Shit was bizarre, man.
>not being based verdegrand
tell me that shit isnt badass
>Not playing some electronic free-jazz glitch sessions with your bros
I know nothing about music theory but since I have a piano at home I decided to spend a month learning To Zanarkand just watching tutorials on Youtube and now I can pretend I know what I'm doing.
Bumping with a duck performing chopin's nocturne op. 9 no. 2
mainly mario tunes because i can remember them without looking off something
stuff like the smw athletic theme, sm3 athletic theme, smb2 theme, smb1 theme
and i have to read off sheet music to play any other vidya tunes because i can't remember them as easily
If you're an absolute beginner you should take classes. If you can't/don't want to just learn how to read music notes and start by playing songs for absolute beginners. There's also a lot of Youtube videos that teach you piano stuff and even specific songs.
I've been learning this on keyboard, specifically the latter half with the harmony on the left hand. It's hard for a novice like myself, I've only gotten back into it for about a month now.
>tfw used to be good at the tenor sax in middle school
>could have been excellent if I just had the discipline to practice consistently
>try to play it after several years later
>can only do basic notes and scales
>lost any will to take the time to practice and get good
I'd rather be a pornographic artist anyway.
Not that guy, but I made a living off
furrycommissions for a while.
Even discounting the usual self-deprecation that generally comes with art (unless you're a huge ego-cunt) it's difficult to get excited about something you've already been staring at every tiny detail of for hours.
Yeah, commissioning specific drawings. Furries like having their OCs fucking too by a skilled artist.
Think of the drawfag threads on /v/, but it's guaranteed to happen.
Rate depends on the artist and their skill and what exactly you want (colored, sexual, etc etc)
Nothing wrong with buying porn though. They keep that industry alive.
If no one bought any doujins (which none of you guys do), then there wouldn't be any doujins.
99% of the time it's requests. Artists sometimes put out art "CDs" and pay-to-view comics, but they're rare these days.
People commission art because it's how you become popular in the fandom. If you get a commission from someone famous (or of you fucking someone famous) you're inundated with friends requests overnight, no matter how shitty and vapid you are as a person.
There's a surprising amount of money to be made from drawing reference sheets (Just the character in a static pose from the front/back/side, a close-up of their cock, and a shitty blurb about their kinks and "unique" features.) All the serious artists refuse to take commissions from people who don't have one already, so everyone needs one eventually.
