If only they had added fairy type to her
How can one bug be so based?
i benched pikachu in pokemon yellow for this mofo right here.
Still can't believe he made it in Smash
I was amazed Game Freak cared enough to give him a Mega.
>not posting best starter
Wow this makes me angry here is a reply
Does anyone have the rest of these, I can't find my folder
My first shiny ever in a game was X/Y and was a Quagsire. Completely random in the wild.
here's a dumb joke about your post
behind a spoiler
gyarados is pretty hype. my 2nd favorite pokemon, if only it was water/dragon. i still remember when i was young i had a nightmare where i was sinking into the deep ocean and i look into the the dark and i see a fucking gyarados with ripped fins and mouth wide open coming up from the depths towards me.
one my scarier nightmares that stuck.
Just look at how cute he is. It's dang adorable. Fell in love with everything about it first encounter.
>What's your favorite pokemon?
Look at this motherfucker.
He will deck your shit so hard your mother will feel it.
Klefki, which I'm sure many can agree with is a great design.
Dragonite, THE ORIGINAL DRAGON this mother fucker is goofy as fuck but WILL STILL RECK YOUR SHIT
>thread being ruined by straightfags and footfags
Base 150 Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense.
Blocks any fucking move you can possibly throw at it with King's Shield, then smashes the fuck out of your shitty, flinching team with Iron Head. If you send out a big beefcake that doesn't flinch 3 times to death, Aegislash just uses Sacred Sword to beat through his defense instantly.
Also, it's a FUCKING GHOST SWORD.
>You will never have rayquaza sit on your face then unload his bowels into the diaper you're face is in
You'll never get mounted by a needy, lust-filled Arcanine and fucked into the early hours of the morning; sleeping sounding against his fluffy stomach with his knot still lodged in your ass.
The water starters of gen 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and both Nido lines, to name a few.
>thinly veiled daily dose thread
Thanks doc. Also Scolipede is a boss
Jesus christ that glorious motherfucker is the best thing GameFreak has come up with in years.
Pic related my favorite 5ever
Next question, what is your favorite digimon?
My favorite pokemon is Venonat.
I don't even fucking know why. It's kinda cute and just seems like a chill pokemon. I probably wouldnt use it for battles, but it'd be a cool pokemon to have on a journey.
Also I think I'm the only person in existence who has Venonat as their fave.
Why even live.
I'm going to focus on that disappointment instead of the more obvious one of wandering how did my life end up here, with Filth play with a pokemon being arousing.
Why do you keep asking, I'm not going to give you a different answer
Ha faget. Even I can keep my own autistic account going.
No I'm not linking it. I keep my autistic life seperate from 4chan.
Dunsparce has been my favorite since I first caught one in Gold despite being a piece of shit as far as stats go. Venusaur and Starmie are close behind.
Goddamn it Anon.
Rimming/ playing with a bigger feral's rump from behind while jerking of their engorged cock and juggling their musky, overfull balls is one of my biggest fetishes.
>you will never change a rayquaza shitdiaper all while you hug and talk baby to it all loving
Shame that it sucks, but best bro anyway.
>looks like it has that sassy hands on hips pose
>like what are you gonna try motherfucker.
best of gen 6
after Waifuevolution Gardevoir
/vp/ wants them to leave too
His french name is Oh Massacre, that's as badass as you can get.
>best of gen 6
>anything other than this glorious motherfucker
CHOO CHOO MOTHERFUCKERS
Really happy it got in Smash. Been my favorite from the start, still my favorite now.
Drawn like this is looks like he has a beard, and that makes him even better.
He was only evil in the anime's first movie, and even then he turned good before the end of it.
In the games, Mewtwo is supposedly the most cold-hearted of all Pokemon, and only thinks of defeating its next opponent. However, that's not really evil in the sense that it's just Mewtwo's nature; almost all Pokemon enjoy battling and proving their strength.
What is the coolest gen 1 team? Of course these would have to change depending on your starter but I'm thinking the overall coolest possible is:
I almost always go with the fire pokemon so Charizard is my favorite starter (despite Blastoise being technically superior) but I gotta have dat Ninetales. I'd probably switch Ninetales out for Starmie in a Charizard playthrough, but it always bothered me how Starmie doesn't have a face.
Well let's be honest here, you're not touching his three foot cock from back there. His gigantic sack would be in the way, and frankly, he'd probably enjoy getting it roughed up like a slut
>use Tentacruel as a HM slave
>level him up for various reasons
>becomes my nigga
>He was only evil in the anime's first movie
He probably thought the whole human race are as evil as Giovanni.
>Good HM slave
Maybe in gen 1-2, gen 3 introduced Tropius and gen 4 onwards is all about this motherfucker.
Not as good as my Greninja/10
Metagross, can't wait for ORAS so my bro can have his long awaited boost back to glory after Steel got nerfed
I'm surprised only one other person mention King Ghidorah/Hydreigon.
I love the design, the colors, the type combination.
Well, yeah, I was simplifying things. But the point was that he planned planetwide genocide before realizing his error.
>not liking trufax about Pokemon vs. Indian elephants
I always thought this guy was cool. He's got other Pokemon living on his back for fuck's sake.
This nigga got me over my non-gen1 phobia.
It's an inherent flaws with games that are at core, simply number crunchers, there is no middle ground for difficulty, you either can or can't do something. There's no squeezing by it's either easy for impossible. They designed around making it easy.
>Why is TCG so shit?
The whole concept of water pokemon being weak to grass makes no sense in general. Obviously, water should be weak to electricity, not grass.
Go throw some grass in a cup of water and tell me what happens. Spoiler:
Why did you quote my post >>254502123
How about mono shiny steel team?
Ever seen what plants do to bodies of water when there's enough nutrients?
I don't know who's wronger here. One of you thinks Pokemon is just about who has the highest stat total, and the other one thinks it's the only RPG game with strategy.
I'm sure that's not what he wanted.
haven't played pokemon since silver for the gameboy color. However I did pick up Y the other day just to check the pokemon franchise out these days. Now there are so many fucking pokemon I have no idea which are
somewhat lewd or humanoid looking, for I want to create a waifu squad
p-pls respond, I'm scared to ask the /vp/ for this
No you dumbfuck not pearlsaurus everyone can reverse image search those
This shit, /vp/ don't make them and I lost the old ones /v/ made
The Genwunners and faggots make a lot of people hate him but he's still my bro for life. Thank God fot megas. Starmie comes second. Bouffalant, Nidoking, Breloom and Ditto are also real niggas.
You mean EV training? You know there are people who
only picks pokemon based on their stats alone?
actually pretty cool
that's not a thing though, EV training is
IV breeding used to be pretty autismal but they made it super easy and fast in the new games
Seriously though, you can beat foes with double your levels with the shittiest mons possible with the right strategy
>tfw they're "reddit cancer" now, so no one ever posts them.
My waifu squad was Froslass, Lopunny, Gothitelle, Nidoqueen, Mawile and Blaziken. Just pick whatever tickles your fancy and keep breeding till you hatch a female one in your new game I guess.
Pokefags always try to say "durrr u dont have to worry about EV/IVs ;)" because they already put the time in to work on perfect EV/IVed pokemon, so they don't want any competition.
The whole concept of pokemon needs to be revamped. All these stupid little rules and technicalities, like Gengar being weak to fucking bug pokemon, how on earth does that make sense? And why do we need rock AND ground pokemon? That's just redundant and the stupid little rules behind it make no sense. Oh, I'm sorry, you attacked this pokemon assuming it was a rock type, but it turns out it was actually a ground type and has an X4 resistance to your attack! Sorry! And why should there be ghost AND psychic? These dumb little technicalities don't really add anything of value to the game, and they force players to sit there and memorize stupid little rules and how they apply to each of the pokemon.
Not to mention the entire competitive scene of pokemon is based on RNG and rock-paper-scissors bullshit, rather than skill. AND before you're even allowed to play it competitively, you have to run around a tower for 500 fucking hours.
If something like that was in any game other than pokemon, it would get a 0/10 on metacritic.
All stats on a Pokemon have a hidden number assigned to them between 0-31, with 31 being the best. Getting 6 IV is essentially perfect stats, although most of the time you only need 5, unless you're going mixed between attack and special attack moves.
Freaking Corphish man. Fantastic for LC and Crawdaunt is a massive sweeper.
anon you're right but im also the dragonite anon from early in the thread
thats pretty much why Digimon is better
I originally wanted to collect every single Steel-typed Pokemon as shiny. But it already took me 100 hours of pure grinding to get this team. I shortly quit playing alltogether, afterwards
Oh I think I saw you some days ago.
you hate them eevees or whatever.
At least he's not as bad as Goodra and Druddigon, right?
IVs are like Pokemon genes. They give 0-31 extra stats at level 100. A 6IV Pokemon is one with 31 in every stat.
Dittos caught in the Friend Safari always have 2 random stats at 31 IVs, and you can breed those stats forward to anything that Ditto can breed with. If you catch 3 Dittos that have maxed out different IVs, you can have a perfect IV Pokemon in 3-4 egg generations.
It's dull as fuck and only the tryhardest numbercrunchers bother doing it, but sadly it gives them a noticeable edge in online play, so most people who give any shits about online fall into doing it.
Mawile, Aggron, Liligant, Flygon, Froslass, Chandelure
Ground and rock has always bothered me. psychic and ghost are fine though I guess you could combine then into supernatural which is a big word that scares kids.
Also it's a given that competitive fucks will drain the life and fun out of anything and everything, just look at smash.
It used to be specifically for sperglords, but it's much much easier and less time consuming now that Friend Safaris have the beast Dittos available. It's still hours upon hours of extra time spent on something that's only important on the highest levels of competition so yeah.
It's not that hard these days to be honest. A lot of people give away their breeding rejects that normally have good IVs anyway. Of course there isn't any point in doing it if you're only playing with friends.
It could be me, I've mentioned it before on there.
I dunno just run around and hope you find em?
I think there is an item that helps you find em in some of the games.
>Of course there isn't any point in doing it if you're only playing with friends.
Unless your friends do it. I used to just ignore IVs but one guy I know recently escalated things.
Pure luck. And, using the PokeRadar to repeatedly encounter the same species of Pokemon raises the chances of a shiny by a lot, Google for a PokeRadar guide or something.
>not wanting to be the very best
>not making the game unfun to play with friends, by completely one-shotting everything they have
it's almost like you don't even understand competitive gaming.
This fucker has never let me down. Best bird. Staraptor and Fearow are cool too
Well, there's that online Pokemon fight simulator, where you can distribute the EVs and IVs without the grind.
I was just taking a shot in the dark to see if you were someone I know.
All of you are my niggas. Metang is better than Metagross, though.
Best evolution line.
I'm infinitely sad that my favorite bird has been hanging around with Unown and Luvdisc in the eternal pits of uselessness since times immemorial.
Too bad the metagame is priority heavy right now, making his amazing speed a lot less useful. Also choice scarf can go suck a dick.
Original Odds to find one in the wild were ~1/8000
In the current generation it has been cut to ~1/4000
With a full pokedex it cuts cut even more to ~1/2000
Then there is also ways to lower it even further such as pokeradar, certain conditions, and selective breeding which lower it even further
Getting a shiny now is easier than ever
But at its core, its just a chance you will find a pokemon which is differently colored by randomhappenstance
I actually used to do it with a couple of friends of mine. And then another friend joined in who didn't and I just felt bad as M-Mawile swept everything. cosntantly.
We stopped playing shortly afterwards
I kept track of the number of eggs it took
I remember Beldum took a little over 10 hours of hatching, straight.
Beldum 121 eggs
first fucking egg mfw
2001 eggs total, about 4 - 5 minutes per egg I'd say
That fucking Haunter bulge-eye laugh always gets me. Even 15 years after the fact.
To be fair the ones /vp/ tried to make are shit because they're underage and girls and don't grasp toungue in cheek and humor respectively
>Nobody archived them anywhere
>No one reposts the obscurer ones like Victreebel
I knew I should have horded them like Porn
>Ground and rock has always bothered me. psychic and ghost are fine though I guess you could combine then into supernatural which is a big word that scares kids.
Or paranormal or something. I don't know, when you look at something like Jynx or Spiritomb, I don't wanna have to sit there and wonder "Hmmm, are these ghosts? Or are they psychic, which is clearly something completely different? Or perhaps they're duel types?"
>Also it's a given that competitive fucks will drain the life and fun out of anything and everything, just look at smash.
By turning the items off and playing on certain stages and wanting the game to be faster paced, I don't really see how that "drains the life out of it" and "takes the fun away". I play Project M with my friends all the time and we all agree it's way better than normal Brawl.
It's actually more fun when your wins / losses are based on who outplayed the other person without relying on outside factors. Most people who complain about turning items off rely heavily on them and don't know how to do smash attacks. I think it's more fun when you can't rely on any gimmicks and you have to beat your opponent only using the moves available to your character, nothing else.
Also, I think pokemon could be really fun competitively, but they ruined it with EV/IV grinding and all the nonsense rules. I think they need to take everything ever from every pokemon game, scrap all the bad stuff, keep all the good stuff, and make a pokemon game based on the best pokemon / character designs, best overworld designs, and new gameplay that actually makes sense. No stupid "rock and ground are two different things" shit.
THIS HERE MOTHERFUCKER CAN'T BE STOPPED. HIS DOUBLE KICK DESTROYED EVERYHING IN HIS FUCKING PATH. IF YOU COMBINED EVERY SINGLE MOTHERFUCKING MARTIAL ARTS MASTER EVER INTO ONE PERSON, THIS NIGGA WOULD WHOOP HIS ASS BEFORE THEY LAND A FUCKING FINGER.
FUCK ALL Y'ALL NIGGAS, BLAZIKEN'S NUMBA ONE BITCH!
>Finally reach Champion in Pokemon Y
>mfw I didn't even know Gardevoir had a Mega form
>New move tutor for Fossil pokemon
>Aurorus would learn Extremespeed
>Against a Jap online
>Took out his other 2 things without taking damage
His Rotom-W missed Hydro Pump about 4 times, kek
>He sends out a Farfetch'D
>Get my Nidoking to use Thunderbolt
>"Farfetch'D hung on with it's focus sash!"
>"Farfetch'D used flail!"
He surrenedered next turn though. And I love the Dux too, which it was usable in some way.
E4 and Champion were disappointing as fuck.
Just like most of the game.
The fags who are heavily biased towards pokemon and believe that it is immune to criticism are already being contained by /vp/. What's the point of containing them if there's nothing to contain them from? I mean why would we bother to make /vp/ if the goal wasn't so that people who aren't fanboys could discuss pokemon here on /v/?
>Fairy type added
>weak to Poison
Oh boy, now I can us--
>Poison type is still useless, because everything else still beats it
>fucking Steel type moves see more usage
Looks like you're going to need this.
Flailfetch'd is literally the only way you can make Farfetch'd do any damage, and even then it's outclassed by pretty much every other normal type in existence. Maybe not Igglybuff.
I tried so hard to make a crit abuse Farfetch'd work, and cried a tear of genuine sadness when its Swords Dance'd Night Slash crit didn't OHKO the enemy's Slowbro.
Anyone been playing Voltwhite and Blazeblack? Failed horribly at a nuzlocke run of it. I really hate that it made all the gym leaders double and triple fights. Even without the nuzlocke limits I never liked that mechanic.
Not if you're underleveled or don't have some perfectly balanced team. I got through 2 of them before Fire Chick laid the smackdown on me. That Chandelure kicked my shit in. Probably wouldn't be as bad if I allowed myself to use items.
I didn't mind the gym battles. Lenora killed half my team, though. And Pinwheel Forest took care of the rest. In BB2, Roxie shoved her guitar so far up my ass it was ridiculous. Toxic Spikes + Venoshock too broke.
The game would be harder if they gave Gym leaders 1 to 2 more Pokemon, and bumped up the levels to be like 5+ levels higher than the area
The elite four would all have 6 Pokemon, and levels scaled appropiately
They could make pokemon give a little less exp, and trainer AI a bit smarter.
and have these changes in an added difficulty setting. One this time that you don't need to beat the game to unlock.
