does anyone else fear that with all these recent announcements, leaks, and rumors, there will be very few actual game announcements and surprises for E3?
>>378598618
They'll hold a Direct for games releasing in 2018 before January anyways so not really. I'm more than happy with ARMS, Splatoon 2 and Monster Hunter until then.
>>378598618
Nintendo has said they will be focusing on their 2017 'releases'
Basically, the collective disappointment will kill Switch sales stone dead and the company will be forced to go 3rd party
Then, and only then, will we have Mario and Zelda on PS5. I won't buy them of course, because I prefer games for adults, rather than *BA-DING* WAHOO garbage for toddlers

Ask someone who just beat Mafia 3 anything.

5/10 game
>>378598551
Is it worth the time spent?
>>378598672
Kept me occupied for 3 days. Don't know if I'd consider that worth it. I got it for 30 bucks and wouldn't pay a cent more. Gunplay felt good but extremely repetitive.

You cried when Vito told that Joey "died"?
I'm actually enjoying das2 more than 3

Dark Souls 2 is an amazing game.
Dark Souls 3 too, but it was too safe, while 2 tried many new things.

>I'm actually enjoying das2 more than 3
So am I.
Dark Souls 2 is a great video game, but a mediocre souls game

What is /v/ on MadWorld?
Is good
God-tier as far as aesthetics go. Art style's cool, soundtrack is fucking bangin', and the banter is literally perfect.
Gameplay's admittedly not the best though, and the engine stutters, but it's still an incredibly enjoyable experience.
John DiMaggio said this was one of his favorite experiences in his career
So how is this game? I heard mixed things. I'm a big MMO guy and a friend just gifted it to me on Steam. Can I get a quick rundown?
>>378597349
what kind of game is this
Judging from the last 5 threads its a P2W grindfest with a good character creator
>>378597498

What do you think
>>378597939
I want to know how it's grindy and P2W though.
The correct answer is yes.

And that animation, holy shit it's amazing.
>Stardust Speedway again
Fucking typical lizuka. Chemical Plant is pretty much confirmed.
But at least they avoided clash by using the more Ancient Greek City styled Past version.
How in the fuck did they animate Mania so perfectly to CD intro? I thought digital ink and color took over all animation
>>378597708
But that entire animation IS digitally inked and colored. Shit, I'm pretty sure Hesse uses either CSP or Sai.

That's not graphically impressive at all unless you're a consoletard.

Cataclysm showed that Blizzard wasn't afraid to rework on Azeroth. Unfortunately, the old continents already look outdated compared to newers expansions'.
So how would you feel about a second rebirth of Azeroth?
They could add level scaling like in Legion, so that all zones feel dangerous and relevant, and you could choose your own adventure.
They could finish the few zones that are still sealed off. They could advance some storylines, finish some others, and remove irrelevant ones (newcomers must be confused as to why NPC's talk about a cataclysm, then it's never mentioned again past lvl 85).
We'd actually have a reason to stay in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms again, and other continents wouldn't be obsolete (power-leveling through dungeons wouldn't be the best option, since you wouldn't be forced to do certain zones you might have done dozens of times before).
Would you consider playing the game again with a complete rework of the sort? Would you feel like it's an improvement?
(Before you say it: yes, the game is complete trash now. Let's see how we can fix it.)
i'd like wow 2 with a bigger world, maybe a couple hundred years in the future or just start after wc3 again.
an elder scrolls single player rpg could be kind of cool as well
Cataclysm lacked content at launch since they had to rework all of the old world.
>>378596759
>They could add level scaling like in Legion
I'm sorry, I've not played since WotLK. What the fuck is meant by level scaling and how badly does it casualize things?
>end game side dungeon right next to the starter zone
