The first two were piss easy & provided decent damage methods. Third let you OHKO without any guns if you didn't have that one upgrade & even if you did by that point you should have learnt to carry some weapons

On the top of my head, I'd want a pc game that has a similar play style to Destiny.
Higher ranking enemies have three types of shields, fire, electric, and plasma. You have varying weapons that deal a single type of damage. Each effective to the enemy types
You have have three weapon slots, primary, ie. handgun and assualt rifles. Secondary, ie. Shotguns and sniper rifles. and Heavy weapons ie. Rocket launchers ect.
You can customize your characters armor, make him faster or more healthy or more damaging. But enemies also deal certain damage types that can make it more effective against you.

Basicly, roller skating and graffiti is outlawed, so you are a rebel gang, going against other rebel gangs, to tag turfs, and oppose the police. And it gets pretty damn insane, the police force just starts sending in tanks, attack choppers, and highly trained assassin's against these skating teens. But pretty much the goal of the game is to spray graffiti, and in the original case, within a time limit
