What's your favorite turn based RPG?

Mine is FFX with the attack order manipulation but I found healing magic a bit too overpowered. I really liked the elemental system with ice vs fire and water vs thunder being strong against each other.

You know what I've come to realize after a life time of playing video games?
Final bosses are fucking dog shit. In just about every game I can possibly think of, maybe even all of them actually, final bosses are easily the worst part of the entire game. Never fucking fails to be the case.

Final bosses are nothing but a shit show in which all devs universally shit the bed and throw logical, good game design out the window in favor of annoying shit.

>Let's give this boss 3 forms!
>Oh I know, let's make one form be the most tediously slow and boring shit ever (but it's not threatening in the slightest)
>Oh let's make the last form be utter bullshit which can kill you in seconds, so if you do die you have to go through another 5 minute long battle just to get to the point in which it's actually threatening as fuck again!
>Oh let's give our boss healing, everybody loves healing!
>While we're at it, let's give it multiple segments too which regenerate after a small amount of time has passed!
>Oh let's have him summon a bunch of regular enemies non stop too!
