Sometimes I wonder what the point of magic is. Usually it's just another way to do damage, only using INT rather than STR. So it accomplishes the exact same thing as using a sword. It's just a flashier way of killing.

Holy shit this game's equipment system is driving my autism up the fucking wall. I'm trying so hard to have updated Purple Warrior of the West armor but it costs literal millions of gold to soul match it so I just keep forging new pieces of Warrior of the West armor altogether.
Is it even fucking worth it to do this? Should I just say fuck it and just equip whatever pieces of equipment have the highest defense/attack rating?
